Damn Saiynoq... you're on fire ! Very interesting points, I was planning on making an adept for the first playthrough. Any suggestions regarding that area.
Thanks man! Actually that's the ONE class I have yet to play with. I do know they have warp which is a pretty solid biotic ability. That will definitely be one of the abilities you'll want to max out. They also have push and pull but I wouldn't get both of them as they are a tad overlapping. Pull is generally better I think. I had shockwave as a Vanguard and it's a pretty fun skill but its usefulness is debatable. I think it's a pretty good skill though cause if it doesn't knock over enemies it will at least stun them for a time buying you precious seconds in a life or death situation. I only wish its cooldown time wasn't as long though. That's what's nice about Pull is the cooldown time is like a second. But it only works if an enemies shields and armor is down.
I'm certain Adepts don't have any power ammos though. So you'll probably want to invest in your squad's power ammos more. On level 4 of any power ammo, you can upgrade it to squad ammo which gives that ammo power to everyone in the squad. So yeah, definitely get your warp skill up, put at least one point in pull, and singularity is their special power. I've never used it before but it looks pretty badass.
I wouldn't have it any other way Siaynoq ^_^. I usually start all my games hardcore :P. Like on God of War 1-2-3 did them all on hard and I tried Spartan/God difficulty and it's freaking impossible. Anyway, i'll sure do that :)!
I completed it on normal and it was too easy so i went with hardcore and got it done, it was quite a challenge and sure as hell alot more fun than normal. Anyway i tried insane or was it "Insanity"? and i couldnt kill those 3 mechs guarding the crates lol... i just gave up. Even though that was just an anamolly and not that cruical for the storyline. Anyway yea its a great game. And remember, dont play normal unless you really want to finish the game without any kind of challenge.
That review I saw on Borderlands kind of piqued my interest in the game, actually. But...I still think I'm gonna get the new Halo game this week instead.
