Alliance:
Our alliance is called the Angiris Council. Our official tag on Ikariam is DFAC (Diablo fan's Angiris Council). To be eiligible to join, you need to already be a member of diablofans.com, be active. So we don't want some random people who joined this place just for the sake of playing with us.
When wanting to join our alliance, please post here to let us know, and at the sametime you'll have to send us an application. Either we are stupid, or the game itself does not allow Alliances to send invites, but rather just accept applications. To apply, go to your embassy -> Search For Alliance -> type 'DFAC' into Alliance Tag section -> Click Search. Ours should show up, click on it then... I'm not so sure. Someone will have to tell me, because I've never sent an application (as I am the leader).
Alliance Ranks:
Leader: Killer-Swift (Ullion)
Diplomat: Siaynoq (Siaynoq)
General: Killer-Swift (Ullion)
Home Secretary: Magistrate (Magistrate)

One becomes strong when they are fighting to protect someone close to them... - Shiro Haku
I suppose it doesn't hurt to start this new thread for Ikariam. I must say though, if I seem only semi-active, that's because a lot of my attention right now is focused on my .org account. I have two separate colonies now and am on the breakthrough of some critical research. I thought for awhile I lost interest in the game but I've been obsessed with it all over again lately.
I was informed to start a new thread due to Fbim's situation on these forums. It will be easier this way for members to notice the updates, as they can just check the first post.
The other thread will soon be locked. So if some members don't post here and keep us informed, I'll take them off the "semi-active members list", but will keep them in the alliance-members list.
Silver got banned for having 2 accounts and/or for attacking someone more than six times in a day.

Didnt he create another, or are both accounts banned but still there?
Both were banned. They're considered to be in "vacation" mode.
Does anyone know when he will be back? I still don't understand why our god has been banned. You'd think he'd have the pwoer to unban himself or something.
edit: Darn! There is no scratchfont on here. ^^'
editx2: Thank you Alpha for all your help! Tis' greatly appreciated.

Quick Question: How come my colonies are neutral, while my capital is happy? My capital doesn't get all of the citizens their wine, but my colonies do, and they are neutral instead of happy.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

Thanks, Alpha. Magistrate will accept you once he notices someone has applied - and he comes to the forums to check who 'tkrow' is.
Well, if you go to your town hall in each of your city, the whole bottom half of the page will show you what adds (and by how much) to your happiness and what takes away from it. The only thing I know for sure that takes away from happiness is population. As population increases, happiness decreases. As happiness decreases, population increase rate decreases. So by a natural set like this, you can never have unhappy citizens and therefore never have a decreasing population. The only way I know to have unhappy citizens is if you put wine into the equartion - get them happy and have lots of 'love' and children. Population goes way up, eventually you run out of wine and all that happiness is subtracted from your city, and people get pissed, real pissed.
Anyways, my guess is, your capital must have either fewer citizens than your colonies, or you have other factors that add to happiness in your capital - such as a museum (potentially having artifacts in them) which can really increase happiness.
I hope this helped, Alpha.
edit: Capital has extra +50 happy bonus? No one told me! *pout*

It sounds like it may be time to upgrade your tavern and begin serving more wine per hour.
Two, with 66% corruption! I better fix that with a Governor's Residence.

Oh yeah, if you don't do anything about corruption - it gets worse. I suggest you get building those Governor Residence's.
Yep, but the problem is that it takes about 4 hours, and I still have buildings being expanded, so I have to wait even longer. This mess should be sorted out by tomorrow though. Hehe, stupid me. Thanks guys.

Yeah, but I'm serving more than the population!

Marble and wood is no problem. I have another problem with resources though, and it's a pretty sticky situation.
Basically, I colonized Sulfur and Marble, so that's all good for me. I can build and recruit soldiers! But to expand my Palace (which I have to in order to to colonize glass), I need glass! So I'm going to have a tough one getting around that.

Ouch, I better build a Governor's Residence in both my colonies. I had no idea it was so useful.
I'm guessing that 66% is not good.
