Funny thing about Dreamcatcher. I knew it was totally stupid. But I still totally enjoyed it. Strange, no? And I'm really very picky about movies and I seldom think it's fun to just watch a movie but I really like that movie.
Dune (1984) is there a finer scifi movie?....erm i think not.
When SyFy channel makes a better dune adaptation ... well, enough said.
Silent House: 5/10. Not scary and quite predictable. Me and the wife guessed the ending about 15 minutes in. We just thought it was bad acting, though. LOL. Loved how the movie was shot though. Quite unique.
The 1984 version of Dune was a masterpiece to all those who have enough braincells to appreciate it,to anybody else i would imagine a southpark remake of dune would entertain them more
Sorry, but after reading the book the movie just sucks. I read it, was excited to watch the movie, stopped watching after 15min. It was horrendous!! If you have enough brain cells to read, do yourself a favor and forget the movie ever existed.
Dune's one of my favorite books of all time and I'll still totally defend the movie. The miniseries is what was so atrocious. The direction, casting, costumes, music and everything about it was just terrible.
People generally don't like the movie cause it's not too accurate compared to the book or they can't stand David Lynch which I can partly understand. But I think the movie compliments the books really well. When I read the books I always imagined those actors playing the characters and that kind of moody music in the film. At any rate, the story of Dune is very difficult to adapt to the screen cause there are just so many layers, so many things going on.
A cute steampunk children's story set in a city remninescent of Paris. The visuals are stunning, the acting fits the surreal setting, and the whole thing has an interesting dream like quality.
30:Minutes or Less (2011): 6.5/10
A solid and entertaining comedy, i don't care for Jesse Eisenberg though, he is starting to annoy me as an actor lately.
The French have made some great horror flicks (Martyrs & Inside just to name a few) but this one is not one of those, watch only if you enjoy below average zombie flicks.
I'd give it a 9/10. It was incredibly well executed. It is pretty dark in both themes and content, but all of the actors are fantastic. Well worth it if you think you can handle the subject matter.
Was pretty good, I liked seeing an action movie with Simon Pegg, plus Jeremy Renner is cool as shit. Would've liked a bit more back story on Jeremy's character, but oh well.
Pretty much started up this whole Japanime thing...
Just watched that for the first time about a month ago - different. All-in-all I enjoyed it.

Underwhelming end in my opinion, i thought it would have a much more epic finish.

Awesome and underrated mystery movie, i wont say anymore since its quite easy to spoil this one.
I'm going to mention Office Space. I shouldn't bother because I think I was the only person left in the world who hadn't seen it.
5/5
Extremely funny, and I think anyone who has done cubicle farm type work for a giant corporation can relate to it.

Went a lot better then expected. A bit much Apple propaganda, but also found some HTCs I think? So it's almost balanced.
Ha. Bagstone.

I watched all 4 movies last week, they should have ended the series with the trilogy.

Good movie, really surprised me positively, but still not anything mindblowing
