Sorry, but I think you picked the cheapest PSU for that wattage. For OC'ing, I would go with a minimum of the Antec Truepower TP-750w. The only problem I have with the Thermaltake is that all of the 12v rails only provide 18amps. That seems low to me if you're going to be overclocking the piss out of a processor, and still intend to run SLI or Xfire. That Antec has 25amps on each rail. Much safer IMO. Everything else in your setup looks awesome. What Video card/s are you looking to run?
im looking to either go 5870 or dual 5770's obviouslly the 5870 will beat it out but the price is a killer being that i also am buying 600 bucks worth of gaming gear, a Razer Lycosa Mirro, a Razer Mamba, a Razer Mako 2.1 Speaker system, Razer MEgalodon 7.1 Gaming headset and a Razer Vespula Hard mat with a side for control and a side for speed. if i make enough money through jobs and whatnot over the summer i could see myself having a 5970 if it'll fit in the case.

Damn, you're going all out aren't ya. Razer makes great products, so you'll do just fine with them. Some stuff is overkill, in case you were wondering.
Check out the Logitech s220 2.1 speaker system. It's what I use, and WAAAAY loud. Incredible bass blasts from the sub, and the two little speakers get so loud that I don't even want to turn it up past 50%, and usually 25% is plenty. Also, it has a little pod that you put on your desk anywhere you want, and it has a really cool dial on it that adjust the volume. And of course, there is an on off switch, a Mic input, a headphone jack, and a subtle orange "on" light.
The 5870 sure as hell better fit in there!! If you're talking about the 5970, it should fit as well, as it is only 1" longer. As long as you leave a hard drive out of that slot, you shouldn't have a problem. That case is huge!! I really like that case overall. Great design with tons of cooling, good cable management, bottom mount PSU, and it's ready for water cooling down the line. I only wish they would have painted the inside of the case black.
I'll always help out a fellow Dfan. And I forgot to mention, that on newegg.com, they're going for a mere $23.99!!! Can't beat that for a great set of speakers and an awesome sub.
