Stop me if I become ridiculous, but I found this picture on the internet and found some sort of obsession. I am not sexually attracted to her, as I see the relationship of me watching this picture as an astoundment. I've seen heterochromia before, but in this picture, the mixture between a dark cerulean blue and a gossamer sea green, the way her hair is parted, thus presenting her face in an entirely different light, and most of all the smile; when I look at this picture I see innocence, and pure beauty. As if nothing bad will happen if I keep staring at it. I mean, even the way she's wearing her damn earbuds! Nothing seems to take away, but only add, to the spectacle of her eyes. Mirror images of themselves, but one is a different color. I find this image as nothing short of a non-life saving miracle. The simple grace of it, the quiet triumph of something greater than anything I will ever understand in the rest of my life. And the way those thin lines form just under her eyes, that meet with her bottom lashes, it helps you infer the character of her; To show something so human, and yet so alien to my eyes. It looks like perfection to me, something I would watch for eternity, if only I would have the longevity and patience. To meet her, or to see her walking down the street, I would go to Africa and help starving babies. I would go back in time and kill Hitler before any of the Holocaust. I would go even farther back and sterilize one of his most eldest ancestors, to go to the point of extremes, just to see that face. If you do not agree, feel free to mention. In fact, feel free to mention anything. I won't even care if you decide to be horrible to me for whatever reason you may have.
I bet that chick in real life has about the personality of a pile of bricks. I'm sure she'd have a bright future in the porn industry though. But I'm sorry, we're talking about what we think about people with different eyes?
It's either a genetic defect or someone trying to be cool by putting contacts in their eyes, which is dumb.
Hmm. Thanks apples for the insight. But still, my obsession should prevail. Sianoq and Genesis, you are completly missing my concept and understanding. Sometimes fiction is the best we have.
I did however used to have a Siberian Husky with two colored eyes, I have never actually met a human though, with two separate colored eyes, although they do exist... I'm sure A lot more of them are in those deep southern states if u catch my drift......?
If you ask me, heterchromia is weird looking and to a certain extent, even revolting. Looking at her, she isn't really my type, and to add to that, she has a feline angle to her features. That green is unnatural and obviously unrealistic, thus giving her and nonhuman general appearance. That blue is also unnatural, and makes it look like she has a glass eye. Pair those two together and you get some really eerie set of eyes. Look at Bowie, and tell me he doesn't look like a dog who's sickly and has a damaged eye. It looks tacky and makes the person look deformed, which is realy not my cup of tea, if you get what I'm saying.
I understand what you mean, Blackwing. Those sort of things are what make great paintings, if you can capture them right.

David Bowie's the real thing though.
Actually, no he's not. Look at his eyes, one pupil is contracted, the other is dilated. It has the appearance of having different coloured eyes, but they aren't.
I wish I had heterochromia, that'd be so cool. Although, one of my pupils is slightly larger than the other.
