*Likwidsteel i could probably set up a exercise schedule and eating plan if you are serious about it. if you have msn we could chat or just use the forums but it would be easier on msn. Lets say you are 5"8 and 200 pounds. i could get you to 5"8 160 pounds in 3-4 months and by then you would be a lean mean fighting machine hahaha. honestly though

I'm a wieght lifter and football player, so I work out everyday. I'm entering my senior season as team captain and I'm actually being recruited for d-1 ball for the DT position. Over the coarse of my offseason workouts ive gone from 240lbs to 280lbs with an increase in my bench press from 250 1 rep to 350 1 rep. My best lift is deadlift (600) and with the weather finally being nice I'm starting conditioning and speed workouts. From a personal standpoint I highly suggest working out on a regular basis even if you don't have athletic asperations, it will really improve your life.

"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."
I was going to mention except for Sunday but I didn't think it was really relevant.

I weight-train four days a week (M,Tu,Th,Sa).
Five to six meals per day (every three-four hours); mainly lean meats and fresh veggies, except for a protein + simple carb shake about 15 minutes post-workout, and good quality complex carbs + protein in the first solid meal post-workout, about an hour after the PWO shake.
Supplement daily with a pharmaceutical-grade omega-3 fish oil.
High-Intensity Interval Training (bike-sprints most of the time -- my knees can't take running anymore) on Wednesday and Sunday, for cardio workouts.
Usually one "cheat" meal per week; something like pizza or chinese food.
haha qft i dont know either but it made me laugh

You have to admit that he's good.
It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

LOL, I'm sorry, it's just that the alternate spelling for sex has me fascinated.
