I'm particularly interested in this thread as I've finished building my new computer about a month ago. In all, it was a fun process and I'm happy with the result. I got the E8400 to 4.0GHZ (Prime stable), but my temps were a bit high (just above 60), so I'm settled at 3.6GHZ.

Got it hooked up to my 42inch lcd for watchin movies an what not, - albiet large tvs are nice.. i dont recommend them for gaming (atleast shooters), so much better performance when you can stick your face against a nice sized monitor (17in to 22in range = perfect)
