Uh that’s about all I can think of right now
Well there is this other one where you can combine some of your monsters to make newer more powerful monsters, and you combine different ingredients together to make spells, and you have to fight these different factions called the Order, Raiders, Sea Devils, Fire Demons, and your most powerful monster is this cool guy who rides in on a magic chariot, then fires big fire balls at the enemy, I just cant remember the name of the game,
Oh wait I thought of another game who’s I cant remember it was Knights and …. Something you have to build all these little buildings to supply your army, you needed a wood cutter for wood, and a carpenter to turn the wood into easier to use planks, and a shield smith to turn the planks into shields and a farmer to grow livestock, and a tanner to turn the animal skins into leather for you soldiers, and a miner to get iron ore, and a weapon smith to turn the iron into weapons It was pretty cool.

try the whole Legacy of Kain series:
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2
Legacy of Kain: Defiance
Especially the last 2 are awesome vampire games with magnificent storylines all based in the fantasy world of Nosgoth. If you have to choose of one pick Defiance. Graphics and action are better than on the other parts of the series.
also liked alot:
Gothic
Gothic 2
Gothic 2 - Night of the Raven
Gothic 3

You know...looking back at your monsterous list of games...I don't think I have ever played Hell Fire Diablo. Yeah I haven't...OMG. I should be whipped for my imputance.

Those before me shall quiver in my wake as I unleash the fury within!
Hehe, I still can't believe I've wasted money to become a Guardian and Dragon Amulet holder. And now I'm considering buying Z-tokens to get a house  There has to be something about those games that enthralls me, but I cannot for my life figure out what is is!
If Legacyof Kain: Defiance is the game I think it is, I will have to disagree with you FingolfinGR. The one I played was so insanely boring. The characters movement sucked, all weapons were equal, all levels were equal, I cannot remember how many dungeouns I ran through that looked alike. The weapons had different "elements", but otehr than that were identical. And the fights were boring.
And KuF isn't exacly my idea of a good RTS, not to mention that you cannot make those hero-maps in the Map Editor.

because they arent really medieval, they are set in or are based on the time periods known as ancient or classical History.
im kinda talking about games that look as though they are set in either the Middle ages or the later parts of Dark ages, (roughly, 900 AD - uh 1700 AD) you know despite what the timeline of the game is.
games that have swords and sorcery, might and magic, things like that. like the games i mentioned in the opening post.

something to debate, at last
anyway, with no means to flame i think u played it completely wrong. Thing is that the places when swapping from Kain to Raziel really look alike cause they're the same, at a different time (time twisting plays a great role in the series). There's only one weapon for each character, thats true too, thing is that when its enhanced with elements it gives the bearer special abilities (other than unlocking doors) and special finishing moves. Plus the more u fight u unlock some very usefull and interesting fighting combos. The movement is fine, only thing thats somehow problematic is the way the camera changes and sometimes it lets u see almost nothing. Storyline is brilliant, tho and the in-game cutscenes, dialogues, drama are too much to leave aside. Try playing it with a gamepad and using all combos and element/enhancement special abilities and u'll see what i mean.

THough I admit it the only one of these games I've played, so I had no idea of anyhting in the story prior to it, nor was I very interested in it.
