i fairly religious so i choose to believe there is something there, but prehaps not the guardian angels you find in christmas specials, because if i recall angels are forbidden from meddling in the affairs of mortals, if it can be avoided. there are certain times when they can present themselves to mortals. Gabriel and Michael have done so on several occasions.

you know that pic of the angel totally has d2 similarites...the sword handle reminds me of the rez monster on the arreats monster page and the angel herself reminds me of the sorceress a bit.
unlike silver, i think that if there are they are rare. i mean to find hot angels is very hard...
I would be very surprised that hot angels come and look for you.

Very good point. Now may I ask you that question:
Who (If god existed) would have created him?
AAAAH HA!!
The question up there is exactly like this one:
Who put the gas and energy there?(yours)
or may I say Who(or what(seems more logical)) started all this?
"all this" being either any god you guys beleive in or the Big-Bang Theory I do beleive in.
Now, the crazy question:
If there were a Big-Bang, something MUST be above... ok lets say there are ... 4 universes. Now, whats above Them???. And more Above?
I think the answer is nothing, that the thing beyond the big bang is time, and that point 0 is the big bang, and that there is None before. T=0 is this creation of the universe.
All this stuff is so f***ing complicated... You have the right to beleive in god, youre as right as I am, we both have the same amount of arguments.

It's stupid to argue about God being real or not, there is obviously a master planner who created everything..
I'm Catholic, I pray every night, I go to church almost every Sunday.
Sometimes I wonder if God is even real. But when I think about it, I feel stupid trying to pretend Hes not there, because I know damn well He is. Angels are real too, I can name countless times I could have been in car accidents or other serious things, but something was always there to save me...
I believe everyone has a guardian angel even if you don't believe in it.
I voted yes, and every other Christian here should of too.
It's stupid to argue about God being real or not, there is obviously a master planner who created everything.
It's not stupid. As long as humans are curious, this debate will go on and on. And people many people are conflicted between their faith and their intellect. So they need to have arguments about this sort of thing.

And there is not obviously some "master planner", think about the chances of life being created in the whole universe. How could this so called "master planner" know that his big bang, or whatsoever happened, were to create humans?
Plus, religions were created at a time when Humans didnt know about whats going on. Even if now we know very few of what makes our universe what it is now, any reasonnable person wouldnt say there is obviously a god or some sort of thing "up there".
We dont know if there is one or not, I personnaly Highly doubt it.

God can't live your life for you. He will not help you if you do not truely have good intentions. Bad things happen to good people, its a known fact. Good people always get screwed over, like myself. That's an old argument. "HOW COME GOD DIDNT SAVE MY FRIEND FROM JUMPING OFF A CLIFF", "HOW COME GOD DIDNT SAVE MY FRIEND FROM A DRUNK DRIVER" etc. etc.
Few good/holy people die much earlier then others, there's no explanation for that(the good die young). Hell, a lot of people die earlier then others, shit happens.
Of course I am saying these things because I know I will get attacked for saying it.
Like I said before I feel really stupid discussing this here because most of you are like brick walls, you have your mind set on one belief and you aren't open/won't listen to anything else.
What will you do if someone close to you is laying in a hospital bed dying? You bet your ass you will pray to God, even if you don't think He exists because you know there is a chance He might.
You can't change my mind and I can't change yours. Nuff said.
Believing in God or not believing in God is totally fine with me. I really say to each his own on this particular subject. People can tell me all day why they believe in God and for the most part I can tell them that's great they believe all that. I only get defensive when they start telling me that I should believe in God or if they pity me for not believing in God. Only then am I compelled toward a logic smackdown.
And this is a strange thing I noticed about Christians especially. It's rarely enough for them to believe in God. They need other people to know they believe in God. And that just seems vain and pretentious to me. But I get just as pissed off at the people with the Darwin fishes on their cars as much as the people with the Jesus fishes. Do people honestly think that this Science vs. Creationsim debate is going to be solved by some tacky decale on their car? Ooh, and then their response to the Darwin fish, the Christians came up with the not-so-clever idea of having a fish labeled "truth" eating a Darwin fish. People can be so proud.

I'm open for anything, so long as you can back it up logically. In fact, I've met one person this year who, through logical reasoning, has shown me that the idea of a God isn't such a strange concept after all. However, that is not God as in the Christian sense, but just a divine being in general.

You're not really answering the underlying question.
If God did create the Universe, who created him? If no one did create him, why would the Big Bang need a creator?
For clarification I think it is also important that you clarify exacly what you mean when you say God. Do you think of God in the Christian sense or in some other way?

yes I am..
If God did create the Universe, who created him? If no one did create him, why would the Big Bang need a creator?
Because we can only explain the Big bang theory as gas and matter. Gas and Matter does not have the ability to create from nothing, only the unexplained can create from nothing, or as some people call it "God."
