i have vista but cant get it to work, ive captured it with fraps the animation from the blizzard site and im trying to use that as a back ground..

I can't figure how to get the .html version as my background in Vista. It's only letting me choose picture files.

It also works with 2560 wide screens

You simply have to right click your desktop > Properties > Browse for the html file, and you're done !

If you want it to work in different resolutions, you'll have to edit the file "wp.html" with the Notepad, and search for the "div#tyrael{" line. Below, you'll see "left:-260px;". It's the alignment of the flash animation from the left edge of the screen.

The flash animation is 1800 wide, so substract the width of your screen, and divide it by 2 :

640 : left:-580px;
800 : left:-500px;
1024 : left:-388px;
1280 : left:-260px;
2560 : left:380px;
etc...

Nope, just wallpaper. I got XP, 'cause even though Windblows, and I'd rather have Linux, I'm too much of a gamer (and WINE doesn't always work that well). And Vista... can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.

And having HTML files as background is made thanks to Active Desktop, which is on XP, but has been removed on Vista... But hey, you have dreamscenes

First download the zip file then you simply have to right click your desktop > Properties > Browse for the html file, and you're done !

Did you unzip it? You gotta select the "wp" file.
