hey everyone i was think about taking screenshots of different towns of sanctuary and drawing them. i am going to start with trist first and will take awhile but just wanted to let people know.
also going to try and make the pictures at eye level. and try to make it look like your actually in the town.
If yours comes out bad, I'll decide to make one xD. But it is an original idea IMO.
ya i am pretty good a looking at stuff and drawing them. but this will be a chlenge. also thought of jetrall putting his photoshop skills and maybe amking a digital trist picture.
I have this map of Dun Craig, no idea when or how I got it, I've had it for a while, fan made, but a very cool none the less.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
elfen that is pretty neat how long u had it u think?, though hard to justify its accuracies
I acquired it some time after we left Dun Craig in the RP thread, or there abouts.
Blizzard have not released any maps of Dun Craig, so it's fairly safe to assume it's fan made, and as, like I said, Blizzard themselves have not released any offical map of said town, the authenticity and accuracy of the map cannot be varified and taken as offical, unless Solomir (or a similar sanctuarian lore master) can confirm something, but I doubt that will happen, I think it might have been a map used in some fan fiction or some similar such thing. But that does not down play it's awesomeness.
So if anyone here wants to join Necronergal's endeavour, feel free to.
I will just add in Solomir's map, to provide a list of sorts of the towns found within the world of Sanctuary.
Tristram, Lut Gohlein and Kurast shouldn't be too hard to do, as they actually feature in the games, but there is still a fairly large number of towns left un visited, so you can pretty much let your imagination run wide with those ones.

thnx for putting up that map. but i think you might have misunderstood what i was trying to say. so instead of seeing trist in that sorta 3rd person angle. i was thinking about drawing a picture of trist in first person. but yes if anyone does have map pics or even in town pics post them.
Yes but to draw say Tristram, you would still need to see what it looks like by going there in the game.
With the exception of a town or village we have already been to in a game, and the map of DUn Craig I provided earlier, I think people will just have to make their own maps, I can't think of any other maps of the diablo world that have been released other than the original map of the one Solomir edited.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.

Well it's more than just Sigs now. I've got something going on in real life that is currently taking precedence over all my internet stuff.
