You all seem alright with boxart. However thats all I've seen so far. Why not go for some unit? render a skelly! Have some fun with it! I know you're capable of it.
I would, but I have no idea where to start on a skelly or any other unit for that matter. If I did, you would see a load of them. I gave up on the 3d program I had for now, it was taking forever to render and I didn't have much flexibility in terms of adding or subtracting simple things like eyebrows and tone. I am searching for a better program that will allow me to make environments and stuff, but that I don't have to pay for.
What programs are you using, Carlo? If you are actually trying to make eyebrows, you really just need to draw them on your texture, not add actual hair which is very demanding...
You may want to check out ZBrush, it is crazily fast and it's not that hard to manage, but it won't help you if you want to include it somewhere.
Looks confusing. And plasticy, that's a material issue... Is it a full-scale modeler?
There is always Blender which is free but if you don't mind pirating there is ZBrush (for fast rendering)... everything else is crazily costly (Maya, 3DsMax).
I prefer to mix Silo and ZBrush but most people can't handle Silo...
