Azrael was probably trapped within the world stone, after being banished by the other arch angels for trying to kill all humanity, Diablo/Baal/ and Mophisto knew they could not beat the mortals so they turned to the one thing they knew that could..Azrael, which is why Tyrael is on the run after he shattered the world stone.
So I was thinking, what if Diablo isn't the main threat this time, I'm kind of assuming that since Aiden supposedly concieved a daughter while he was fighting for his soul (I don't get the timeline either) what if part of Diablos essence inside Leah growing and SHE becomes Diablo at the end of the game, and we have to fight him in the expansion.

Sorry to burst your theory, but Diablo is the final boss we fight in the game. It has already been confirmed.

your whole theory is off. everyone whos played and beaten the expansion knows that the worldstone was corrupted to destroy the boundaries between the plane of sanctuary and hell. there was no fearfullness of mankind. and tyrael isn't on the run for destroying it, he went mad after destroying it.

Went outside today, the graphics were ok. But the gameplay sucked

Where did you read he went mad? My theory is that (since it's already been stated the falling star is a man) is that Tyrael was banished from heaven for destroying the worldstone. Possibly we have to help him get back into heaven, or that he knows of a corruption in heaven and we help him get back and defeat whoever it is. I don't think he went mad, because unless it states it somewhere, I doubt blizz would just kill off or ruin pretty much the most iconic figure in the whole diablo universe, save for diablo himself.

But now I'm under another assumption that Azmodan the Lord of Sin will corrupt Tyrael, becoming the Archangel Azrael, these are more what if statements rather then actual guesses.

And thats where the expansion takes place.
These... "assumptions"... do they whisper things that only you can hear?

First of all, there is no character that is named Azrael in the Diablo Universe. The Archangel of Death, however, is called Malthael, not Azrael. As far as I know, Azrael is a Biblical figure.
Diablo is the last boss, it has been confirmed numerous times.
1st Azrael IS in Diablo2. He is my act 2 defense mercenary.
2nd The biblical figure you are referring to is most notably recognized in the book of Enoch, as a "watcher", a guardian angel for the earth who eventually came down, had sex with human women, and told us how to do stuff that was known only by the angelic class.

I agree with some people above that (unfortunately) Tyreal will eventually be exposed as the bad guy that he is. Now before you freak out, listen up. Im not saying that Tyreal is bad in the sense that he wants to destroy humanity. But i do think he wants "control" over humanity for a different purpose that we dont know yet. Especially with the destruction of the world stone... Heaven and Hell are now fully aware of the location of Sanctuary that Inarius and Lilith tried to hide from both sides. Remember inarius (the angel) wanted to reduce our power to CONTROL us. Where as Lilith (the demon) wanted to harness our power and use it to...defeat both sides. Who knows what could have happened then? what if our power was used... Inarius could never let that happen. So why is Tyreal helping us? What is his incentive? Demons try to control us with fear, Angels with Religious righteousness... either way its is still control. Just a thought for the community... dont mean to offend anyone.
A bit off topic, but I just kinda realized that the quote from Rob Pardo doesn't actually confirm that Diablo is the end boss. It confirms that Diablo's in the game, but it doesn't say it ends with him. All it says is that you can go all the way through, and that involves killing Diablo. Maybe I'm reading a bit too much into his language, but he doesn't actually say 'You can play through to the end where you kill Diablo' he instead says 'You can play through to the end and kill Diablo.' Just sayin.
[spoil] There is at least one string that mentions Lilith, as well as Diablo having an attack called Aura of Destruction. It's really hard to say, and of course Belial and Azmodan in the game.[/spoil]

Spoilers
1. Adria "comforted" the Hero/Aiden while he was lingering in Tristram between Diablo I and Diablo II. This is supposedly when they consummated.
2. That's the idea many are arguing right now, yes. That Leah contains some portion of Diablo inside herself, even though Diablo's soulstone was destroyed. So, in essence, she is acting like a soulstone, storing a "shard" of Diablo's soul. Or maybe the demonic soul fused with her own and becomes something completely new, hence the "female" model of Diablo floating around.
Or they could pull something completely original. Maybe Diablo isn't the final boss in the base game, but he will be in an expansion. We'll just encounter evidence of his rise to power, perhaps. Or maybe he will be the final boss, but we don't actually defeat him. Perhaps we "defeat" Diablo, he's driven out of his host somehow, and then he goes to possess someone more powerful. Is it possible for a demon to possess an angel? We could find out.
I think we will fight Leablo (Leah's Diablo form) as the final boss in D3. I then think we will go on to fight a corrupted and very evil Tyrael as the final boss in the expansion (funny talking about the expansion before D3 is even released, but we know at LEAST one will be coming - I hope for several).

where dose it say/comfirmed that he went mad after the WS was destroyed? and everyone has to remember tyreal is the archangel of justice...which means hes about balance....which to us he may be evil but really he isnt..your evil is different from mine and my good might be different from yours....

I agree, too much credulous speculation.
On a side note, are there going to be appearances of the other Prime Evils? Or even other Lesser evils?
Besides that I don't think I saw anything.

He will be the final boss until the expansion comes out
This is the same as D2 was. With the expansion came BAAL
