Hi all,
Just found out a few days ago that I may not be able to take military leave to go to blizzcon this year (my first year too!). This is due to a manning issue on a very critical position. My question is, has anyone ever bought tickets and were not able to go due to certain circumstances? What options do I have? I'd at least like to get SOME of my money back. Thanks.
You can't sell them because your name is on the ticket and they ask for ID at the door now, so your best bet would be to call up Blizzard customer support I suppose and explain the problem to them and maybe they could do something.
Thats where my line of thinking is, since I have to identify myself at the door, I cannot simply resell it, or even give it to my brother if I so wanted!! I'm going to assume there are no refunds, but it won't hurt to give them a call I suppose. Thanks for the quick response
They MAY be able to allow you to change names on it, but with the way people are selling them I dunno I sort of doubt it. Possibly though since you share the same last name presumably. I'm sure they'll do their best to work something out with you.
