Bashiok - Blizzard Representative - 08/01/2011 -"So how many skill combinations are there now? Well taking into account 6 active skills, all the rune combinations, and 3 passives we currently expect each class to have roughly 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations."
"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
How and why did I get nominated?I am so amused.Favorite New Streamer of 2013! RAWR, D3 REPRESENT.
Besides like 9 total minutes when the F&F beta started, I haven't watched any streamers on D3. Maybe some of Force's videos, but that's about it.
Which of course means, Jaetch gets mai vote!
No datModz? I don't see any of these D3 people anymore, but Modz teaches me how to monk!
I've only seen a few of DatModz vids on RoS, but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, was he friggin annoying.
And he seriously must have an army of peeps who wanna learn how to DDoS, because when I clicked on the link, 3rd from the top, that Bagstone lists, people totally spammed that topic with DatModz comments.
Voted for Archon. He's informative, easy to listen to, takes the game seriously, never gets arrogant about it, he's analytical but not overly critical, funny once in a while...guy's not a showman, he's just doing his thing. He cares about the game and shares stuff about it, shares his opinions and wants to hear from people. DatModz tries to be a celebrity, like he's on a 24/7 reality show. Not a fan.

Not a fanboy , but I haven't seen Datmodz act arrogantly or disrespect his followers or viewers , I enjoy his stream , the guy is always smiling what more can you ask for ? :). Unlike another streamer who thinks he is a celebrity and is usually talking trash about other games that he plays and got most his viewers from and then when he switches back he calls it the best game just to please his viewers and has many mindless viewers who nearly worship him.
Archon is nice but I don't feel like he is good at the game.
If I was to choose from the list who knows his class best , I would go with Invis. but I went with datmodz because he has always been streaming D3 and stuck with the game.
I like Datmodz too. He's not the most informative but he's just a easy going nice dude.
Most of the other popular streamers, I can not stand. They are too arrogant and disrespectful. They basically think they are the best thing since sliced bread and if you dont agree with them, you are stupid.
Best of luck Jaetch. I don't think you (or anyone) stand a chance against Jaedong's army of fans =] he's simply too big on the SC scene, and has a lot of fanboys (and girls) on Korea.
Either way, you have my vote. You're a really nice guy that is always contributing to the community! Chuck Norris approves...
I honestly can't believe that picked Moldran over Jaetch for "educational". Where the fuck is Moldran "educational". It's the exact opposite sometimes - for example, his paragon 2.0 level extrapolation without any disclaimer that he pulled it out of thin air, spreading misinformation that many of his fanboys took for granted...
Also, a Twitch award is a bit like the VMAs... winner of a popular vote does not necessarily mean "best".
Looks like you're going strong for 7th place Jaetch - hope you get some more votes!

I never expected my sarcasm to be taken so directly. I actually don't watch most videos since most people are extremely wordy and I prefer to not be spoon fed everything. However, more often then not I see Modz interacting with the viewers and answering their questions about the game. Now it could be the time of day that I go to watch streams that I always find Modz and no one else seems interesting at the time. I have watched Archon but since he went to working during the week I hardly see him anymore.
But lets not forget, this is about most educational STREAM, not youTube videos. My comment was a mear jest pointing out that the person that I believe a lot of people watch and get information from now a days isn't even on that list. Not to mention the most educational stream is stacked against D3 since it is overshadowed by every other blizzard game out there, so it's really a moot point. The popularity contest is just that, popularity. Even Hitler had a huge following so we know how much popularity aligns infamy, especially in the young.
Yeah, he actually made a yt vid to bitch about it.
That's a real shame, actually. I wonder when people are going to pull their heads out of their asses and stop watching him. He is such a total piece of shit who probably masturbates to pictures of himself. The guy is so narcissistic that he doesn't need fans, his own self-inflated ego counts for millions of fans.
I don't know why you get that vibe from him. He actually comes across as one of the more humble gamers out there but that's just me. He never really takes himself seriously either, maybe you misinterpreted his humour.

Most D3 fanboys hate him because he called D3 crap (when it actually was crap). And of course, when he quit to play PoE the shit really hit the fan.
I enjoy watching his videos and like his laid back attitude. And while he's not exactly the embodiment of humility, he's definitely way more humble than most streamers out there who are absolute divas.
I voted Kripp for Hearthstone and Jaetch for D3.
Archon is nice but I don't feel like he is good at the game.
You're probably right about that.
In his Inferno Friday video from last week, he mentioned how the devs removed the feature in Reaper of Souls where (at least for the Wizard) if a player kept casting resource spending skills, and ran out of resource, the game would default to the free primary skill a person had chosen on their active bar and cast that instead of just what he called "an empty cast," like a little Wand spark or swing. He felt that wasn't a fun change to make, since he and other players tend to be at zero resource most of the time.
I responded to his video by basically saying that the Tweet he pointed out from Nevalistis, that says the feature trivialized resource management, was pretty much right. Running out of resource should yield some level of consequence, and while it's more "fun" to pay more attention to battle and less to resource pools and cooldowns, managing what one can cast is part of the strategy and tactics of battle. The more streamlined the devs make battle, the more autopilot people can turn themselves onto when they play.
Archon's response to me, while respectful (which I appreciate), wasn't all that great. Pretty much all he said was that it wasn't a fun change and people are usually at zero resource. I wasn't too happy. In fact, I may still reply to his reply...if I feel like it.
In retrospect, I probably should've voted for someone else.
