I've decided to take the video down. Best wait until tomorrow to actually find out
Whether or not the video is actually legit is yet to be determined, we'll find out tomorrow anyway.

Bashiok - Blizzard Representative - 08/01/2011 -"So how many skill combinations are there now? Well taking into account 6 active skills, all the rune combinations, and 3 passives we currently expect each class to have roughly 2,285,814,795,264 different build combinations."
"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"

And this is another good reason that it was taken down. This isnt an official release from Blizzard. And if it's not real, then DF is partially responsible for posting fraudulent info that could potentially cause said company harm.
The datamined files are from an Official Blizzard client.

I see the line in the sand. Time to find out who I am. Looking back to see where I stand. Evolution.
it feels like double standards to allow datamining of all this info but not this leaked video... wtf
Blizzard representatives specifically said the datamining was expected and not something they could do something about. They even passed the idea that it's a good thing that the community is excited and can have a sneak peak at what they're working, as long as they understood it wasn't final.
This particular leak was treated in a very different manner by them, and as such we decided to respect their stance and follow it on this aspect.
And guys: one more day then we can post and talk about everything... Sorry about the misunderstanding on this.
I have a hard time seeing how it would not be legit.
It very well may be. But, then again, it very well may not be. There is no way to know for sure till 17+ hours from now.
And, just let me say in the 10+ yrs of of this, I have seen some REALLY convincing fakes of Blizzard leaks. I have learned NOTHING is official, till it comes from Blizzard. (And then, I still take it with a grain of salt.)

Ehm, the video is clearly legit, there's no question about that.
It included snippets of gameplay we haven't seen yet and a bunch of the new UI's in action. Also, Blizzard are pulling it from everywhere because they accidentally released it early on their youtube page. It's legitimacy is obvious. :Thumbs Up:
