So you took a SC2 character and you're walking with it on an early Diablo 3 screenshot? Oh, and animated the fountains! Braziers burning with real-like flames! But what will happen when you run out of screenshots? There are only 4-5 shots out in the public...
Sorry for the irony, but you deserved it when you announced your little project as "Diablo3 Deleted Version of 2005", which it is not. All we have about that game is a little glimpse on the graphics, and even if you had the skills to recreate the assets, we don't know anything about the gameplay, so it's impossible to recreate it.
Anyways, good luck with your mod, and have fun with SC2's editor.

i made my own titlesets with those old screenshot and put them together with photoshop, it take lot of patience and time.
and yes, there is only few screenshot to the public with different camera angle, so i had to finish them and put together all the graphics details, its not perfect but its enough for a completed Act6 revemp.
17 screenshots taken from the early / canceled version of Diablo III, developed at Blizzard North from 2000-2005.
The original Diablo 3 by Blizzard North. :Thumbs Up: The art direction of the original version is more mature, more detailed and better imo.
That's a subjective opinion, which is fine. But I disagree in all points.
It might look nice, but not for a Diablo universe game. I don't like the viewing angle. I don't like the first zone for a Diablo game; it looks like walking through an ancient Rome (and it's brighter than D3 right now, an issue about which many people complain). And the second zone in this screenshots just looks like underground Ironforge. What a coincidence - D3 at this stage was planned as an MMO. I'm glad they canceled it. This seems like a nice MMO in a different universe, but the only thing from this video that I'd like to have in a Diablo game is the music.

the design is great, but i guess the engine was not ready and outdated compared to WoW engine.
It looks pretty cool, but the perspective doesn't look quite right. It's like lines that should be straight are curved and things that should go straight up and down are going diagonally, for example. It's like looking through a fish-eye lens or something.

...and if you disagree with me, you're probably <insert random ad hominem attack here>.

Indeed. Sorry guy if you spent a lot of time with it, but what is exactly the point?
be constructive, what yoiu dislike ?
It's possible that it's my ignorance that's leading me to dislike it, but what is this supposed to be? If it's just a quick re-creation of the heaven level screenshots from 2005 using the SC2 engine, then cool ( I do agree the perspective is off ), but I'm not sure if you're trying for something other than that.
