It's a good change, but just like many others, it comes too late.
Already so many people exploited it and made millions by farming gold/goblins/easy items
Some people ultra beat the game with their cheesy crap and have 100 million gold, and are now complaining it was too easy
Meanwhile the rest of the players struggle in inferno, like it was meant to be.
I wish SO...so so so so so so bad they would LISTEN to the community istead of RUINING this game completly.
This is ... I cant even put words on it.. Its so bad allready, why make it even worse??
Whats so bad about forcing people to play/experience the game content?
I seriously doubt that blizzard's goal was for people to make a game every 30 seconds so they can run after a goblin or destroy 20 jars.
IDK, I wish they made a world that was worth playing through the content ha. They wouldn't have to stop everyone from playing how they want to play if they made a world entertaining enough to play over and over again. D2 didn't prevent or stop people from playing how they wanted and it was amazing, this...this is just sad.
I'm just confused as to why I was in a game, playing with other players, then it froze up. Seemed like a big lag spike then finally I got disconnected. Got back to the main screen and it gave me the "input limit reached" message.. Da hell?
IF this is implemented on release, then yes, it is consider a good feature. But after what has exploited and they are people still with billions of gold that already inflated the economy, and it come to this.
How does this change help small potato like myself who only play 2 to 3 hours a day and able to accumulate enough gold to get any decent?

D2 =/= D3
Blizzard North =/= Activision-Blizzard
Diablo = Diablo
Sequel or not, no excuse. That is like me saying Chrono Cross gets a pass because it is a sequel to Trigger but if you don't look at it as a sequel it is great. Only way to properly judge it is by it being what it is, a sequel to a damn great game and it simply doesn't compare.
I think this was put into place for people that were Power Leveling. People cascading the quests is what i see this as stopping. They were tired of nerfing every single quest so they just put this in to slow them down.
Because all people care about are loots. Spending time running around looking for mobs to kill while farming NV takes way longer than chest/goblin runs. They say elite mobs are supposed to drop better but all the good items I have found so far are from chest/goblin and random basic monster drop. For every Siegebreaker run I do, I can probably do many more chest runs and get better results.
Why do people rage at having to play the game? Because repeating the same thing over and over that takes so long to do with minimal result is fun? Goblin and chest runs are repetitve but they consume WAY less time for the same or better result. I can put a show on my second monitor and watch it as I do chest runs, it is repetitive but never boring. Some of you enjoy that and that's why you're defending it. But there is also a good population of us that dislike this inefficiency. Maybe if Blizzard decided to increase the frequency of better loots (1.03) from elite mobs, they may be worth farming. If I may anticipate some responses, I carry the same amount of mf% when I kill mobs and chests (where I get the better loots) so no it is not because of my lower mf% that I get shittier drops from elite mobs. Until then, people will always enjoy the path of least resistance. I do enjoy the difficulty in Inferno though. It's a challenge and it gives me a reason to farm better items (to clear inferno). The problem is of course the farming part which hopefully will be addressed in 1.03.
D3 is not D2 so I don't expect similarities. What I expected was a better game that improved upon D2, but what we got was many steps back. To all the D3 defenders, you have to understand the D2 vets complaining about D3 not being like D2 are not saying the game should be similar, but they are complaining at the fact that after a 10yr wait, we got a shittier game. The AH was a great idea though and I enjoyed it. Everything else from the story to the legendary item stats were flawed. I don't even know how people can defend the story...to each their own I guess. Sure it's a continuation of the series but seriously, the story can definitely be improved. On the other hand, the cinematics were very cool.
In today's world, I'm not surprised that Blizzard made the game this way for profit-generating purpose. I don't doubt at the fact that they decided to make the game a certain way where people will have to resort to RMAH. It's a business and I don't blame them for that. But when the developers mindset is set on meeting the expectations of profit and not the fans, then the game will go wrong. Kinda like how our government is now by the bankers and for the bankers right?
Uhhhh, I actually TRIED to get this to happen last night, goblin cellar runs in Inferno.
26 runs in a row, 0 issue.
I have yet to encounter this, it would seem Blizzard has put a pretty high cap on this.....
I did one chest run in A3 which took at least 2-3minutes. One game and I hit limit. It pretty much happened throughout the entire night. Unlucky on my part, I guess.

They removed it later last night, because it wasn't quite working the way they wanted. They'll bring it back in some form, I'm sure.
The days of spamming games to exploit quests and/or hit the same chest/goblin/whatever for hours are numbered. And I think that's a good thing. Getting the quest exploiters to quit, along with the people who slam the same chest or goblin for hours, then post here that they're bored, is good for the longer term of the game, imo. Normal people could actually find a nice chest occasionally if Blizzard didn't have to nerf them all because people would rather sit and spam it for hours to avoid playing the game.
