In my inventory my 1H axe dps is 699.9 but when I list the item it says 700.3.

Anyone had this problem or understand why it's occurring?

Strange. The 700.3 is closer to my napkin math. (Max Dmg + Min Dmg)/2 * APS, or (750 + 328)/2 * 1.30 = 700.70.
