D3 going for $49.99 on newegg..shipping might be an issue though, anyone know if there is a way to get a digital copy for this price?
I highly doubt Blizzard will allow anyone to (beat, or sell, period) match the pre-purchase price. I'm sure in some contract there is an agreement to all whom Blizz sells to that says they cannot beat the digi download price. Plus.. depending on where you live, Newegg's shipping prices might not even beat the non-taxed 59.99$ I spent.
Hmm since Amazon has a low price guarantee combined with $0.99 release day delivery, that might be what I try to do. $50.99 shipped to have a physical copy a few hours later than $59.99 for a digital copy. Time to contact Amazon and make sure they'll match the price.

I've checked before, and they don't match prices. You only get a lower price if THEIR price drops from now to the release date.
This push me to get it for my 2 other friends and maybe for my wife if I can change the language to Korean later on. I've posted a thread about it, but does anyone here have any information?

Ahh yea just read the details on it, you are correct..bleh then it's spend an extra $10 to download from blizzard, or wait 3 days for newegg free shipping. =/
Hi all!
I have a question - I live in Europe, but my sister, who is currently in the States wants to get d3 dor me from newegg. Is there a problem to add the game in my battle.net account and play the game later on in europe, or the US copy is some kinda localized, and can be played only with american IP and stuff.
I'm really sorry abt my noob question.
10x in advance.
The US copy is indeed localized. But that doesn't mean a lot. You can play with both European and American people. The only thing that will be locked for you is the RMAH. You will have to use the US one. The EU one will be locked for you.
I'm pretty sure the RMAH is based on the country your Battle.net account is associated with, not where you bought the game. For example, if I sign into my B.net account and go to account, it says my country of residence is Canada, so it would associate my account with the North American RMAH.
To be quite honest I'm not sure if you _need_ to enter an EU code in your EU Bnet account... or if there will be regional Keys at all. What I'm sure is that even if there are such restrictions, the only thing you need to do is create a US account and enter the game there and then you will still be able to fully experience the EU realms - apart from said RMAH.
