I should expect, for example, that the 100k invites sent to NA players last month didn't come close to 1% of the total people in the NA region signed up for the beta opt in.
Not quite, on a Dutch site (games.fok.nl) there was a 10% chance this weekend. Similar to this one, you were given some time to reply to a post and 20 keys were given out randomly. The site wasn't as crashed with posts as this one was though
