All the people complaining and b*tching about changes to the ruin system and several other aspects of D3.
Let me tell you right now, Diablo 3 will be a success. It will be addictive. You will feel special and unique. If you think for a second that Blizzard, with the resources and talent they have, would make a game otherwise, you are mistaken.
These games are specifically designed to be powerfully phsycologicaly addictive - like a drug, they give your brain stimuli that makes you feel the senses of acheivement and empowerment, they even have the power to cause your body to experience real adrenaline and stress.
If we spent this much time breaking apart and analyzing and complaining about our own society could you imagine what a different country we'd live in.
Ultimately people are going to like the game or not - and I'd bet my bottom dollar if you are the latter, you will be a minority.
Basically, you're just one more of that brainless mass that prefers to be addicted to something like its a drug and call it good for that. Addiction isn't good, its pathetic.

not gonna lie to yah, a beta is designed so that those of you or us could play the game to see if there are errors or bugs with the game, feedback is a must personally i would like ppl to place there opinions on things like this, it grants the diablo 3 team the oppurtunity to see something that they never actually stood back and looked at and could come to the conclusion that "hey hes right or no that just wont do" . but anyways. i do agree in the sense that there are way too many topics regarding this subject.
I think the new rune system is going to be great. I was acutally worried about the instense amount of grirnding (or money) it would take to get the best runes for your builds. my only request to Blizzard is to not reward me to quickly, make the runes per skill a higher level to achieve. for Example, if i get a skill at level 30, then I wouldnt want to see a rune for that ability until level 35-40.

Totally agree with this, for the highest lvl of runes they could unlock then after each act in Inferno?
While I don't agree it should unlock INTO inferno, there ARE runes that don't unlock until the late 50's ending into level 60. Which ends up being a pretty good spread, since there are level 3-4 skills that don't have their final rune unlock until 60
I am a big fan of this steady progression/tangible reward mechanic.
No more "You just reached the next level! Your health is a litttttllleeee bit higher and you have one skill point to spend (probably poorly)!!"
I loved Diablo 2. Loved it. But I am over that system completely. We needed something new, and honestly this was a great attempt to bring it to us. Who knows, maybe things will drastically change in an expansion. But for now, I am satisfied.

Well judging by your post count I'd say your a hypocrite. And the "brainless mass" you refer to happen to be the majority of people who play blizzard games. I'm sorry to say but people far more qualified to talk on the subject have confirmed what I said.
