Yep, most of those old T10 viable speedrunning builds that kind of ran out of power for T13 will be back to T13 speed running shape. Most of those Sage builds that were maybe T10 or T11 viable but ran out of steam will be T13 viable. You're going to be swimming in gear so early in the process. As soon as one of the legendaries drops that doubles the damage, it will be another free Torment's worth of loot and xp, and even if it is a sub 70 drop, it can be destined for cubing.
I kind of hope they don't raise Torment levels, so pub T13 queues actually have more contributors and less leechers.

While I think there is a point to consolidating Public Torments, I think the number of levels of difficulty is fine for Hardcore players and soloers. The only issue seems to be with the number of public queues available.
Although, to be honest, it seems like people have figured it out, A lot of Torment difficulties currently have zero players anyway when I look at queues.
Let's see if i can solo Guardian this time, noob as i am. I have never soloed it, hardest part for me is doing normal rifts in time... I will play Inovaker crusader as a main to do conquests and gr70+, for normal rifts i could go whit UH dh i guess...

i'm kinda torn about this one, sometimes it feels they are ok for progression, then again some of them become obsolete within minutes of hitting 70 in seasons. i think the only absolutely worthless torments are 2 and 3, then worthless tier 5,8,9, not that great 4,12. i would list t11 somewhere if it wasnt my norvald's favorite difficulty gathering breaths. and with the buffs coming up to all classes it will only feel as more torments are worthless.
only they are not. a daily quest would be something like:
kill all bosses in adventure mode
clear a level 70 GR with a Demon Hunter solo
clear a level 60 GR solo with Marauder's set
master a set dungeon
reward: bounty mats, mats, keys, whatever. once a day=daily

This is going to be the easiest season to complete yet, IMO!
The game should be easy. Until you start pushing past the normal crap. So. This all makes sense.
