I have a Razer Diamondback and just about every 5-10 min, it will just stop working. Then I have to reach under my desk, unplug it, then plug it back in again. Then it will work fine for another 5-10 min. Before you ask, yes I have updated all the drivers. I cant find any solutions! If u know what is is and how to fix it please let me know.
Try looking at the USB port in the Device Manager and make sure that on every USB port you turn off the option to sleep the port for power saving. I forget the exact name of the option and I'm not at my computer right now, but if you can't find it I'll try to look further.
Literally 5 min after I posted that It started freezing. This time it would just freeze for a few seconds then begin working again. So its better but not
