Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I tried to do it on the battle.net forums, but it said I could not post because I am still on a starter account for whatever reason.
Basically, I completed a solo rift, went over to talk to orek to close it out, right after I hit 'A' to talk to him, I went right over to Kadala to spend some blood. As soon as I go into the Kadala menu, the window showing XP and gold gain from the rift pops up. I close that out, and now have a "greyed" out kadala menu that cannot be closed. The control stick and xbox home button are the only things that work. The game must be forced closed and completely restarted in order to continue playing.
I haven't personally ran into this, but have heard it happen to friends. I heard it described as a gray screen, but I bet this is it.
I'll post this over at battle.net. Sucks they won't let console players post there without a pay wall. I bought D3 non-RoS for $9.99 through the blizz store just so I could post there.
man that suks, ever tried switching to PC we don't have to keep buying new gaming consoles every other year I still play every game 2 date haven't had to buy new system so far 7 years now

blizzard is much more worried about PC diablo3 than console its confirmed.
