And you believe it? I personally not. This whole week people were very angry and they probably were told to say something calming to the community.
You would have to be clinically insane to believe korea or WoW had anything to do with delaying the game anyways.
FFS just look at the recent changes they announced....does that look like anything that would be a result of a finished game?
Other than the removal of Lethal Decoy and work on the AH, everything else looks like balance tweaking skill costs/gains, etc. Skill balancing adjustments could/will be made when the game is live, too. Other than the RMAH, these patch notes do not indicate an unfinished game by any means.
They removed a skill, and added another. That is certainly not something you do with a finished game.
Of course it can be. That's a small change.
No its not.... They threw out a skill they spent countless hours developing and testing, and replaced it with a new skill that will take numerous more hours of testing.
I have never played a game where a skill was suddenly just taken out.
On the other hand, I have seen it happen a few times in incomplete games in beta phase.

Do you want to get scammed? Perhaps a nice keylogger?

Never played World of Warcraft in any beta, eh? They scrap shit all the time. Hell, look at the inside cover of the Wrath of the Lich King box.. They advertise aerial warfare in Wintergrasp on the box, yet it never was implemented in the game!
Don't you guys think that every change they made in the beta was already developed and tested internally for a mid-long time? It might be news for us but internally its already a concrete concept, I personally think that they don't just go like "Oh, take that skill out of beta, put this new one that we just did last week and see how it works..."

Thats the point...its a beta. Not a finished game delayed by korea.

Surely the game might be finished to level 13 (and level less level content (third of an act?), but that is barely anything, there's loads of stuff to take into account, You can't just read the first few pages of a book, and believe it's gonna be amazing all the way through. eventhough it would be amazing to your standards, it probably wont be for blizzard, I hardly believe they've released anything which major flaws, they desire it polished as much as possible before release.
Remember, they just scrapped the unattuned rune system i believe, there may be more to be scrapped we never know how things play out after what is available in the beta.
to be frank, people should just get a firm hold of their pacifier and be patient.
Also, about all this Diety blog stuff, people can believe whatever they want, he does have a history of making stuff up. so as long it's announced it's a source from his blog, things should be alright, I on the other hand couldn't give a fallen one's arse about whatever he says. (if anyone interested in the "MoP Fake Leaks" just check my post history).

Yes it is. A skill/spell is tiny in the grand scheme of things, regardless of the hours spent testing and developing. If you think about everything else in the game, it isn't that big of a deal.
Only using it as an example because I played the game, but spells in WoW are routinely added, changed, and removed. And I'm not specifically talking about expansions. There are spells that have been changed more times than I can count on one hand. While WoW certainly isn't D3, but it could be indicative of Blizzard as a whole. I don't play the game, but I vaguely remember one or more SC2 patches that had some skill changes. I expect the same thing to happen to D3 down the road.
I don't play a lot of fantasy-type games (primarily sports games), but they change a lot of different things in patches. Course you don't see spells in Madden, so I'm having a hard time comparing.
