Small post, not to many details but interesting thoughts/ideas. Some to add power creep, some to add solutions, some for fun.
Ramaladni's Chisel - Add a socket to any piece of jewelry.
Ramaladni's Favor - Add a socket to any piece of armor. (Glove, Boot, Belt, Bracers)
Ramaladni's Mind - Add a new stat to any piece of armor or weapon. (Stat will roll for your class, only primary stat)
Ramaladni's Greed - Destroying this item makes money rain from the skies.
Ramaladni's Treasure - Destroying this item makes 20-30 legendary/sets drop.
Ramaladni's Essence - Makes a legendary primal - Must be used in cube, 3 level 70 legendary gems required. Must be lucky and obtain the essence first and have unlocked primals from solo grift 70.
Ramaladni's Trinket - Creates a randomized property charm that roll's 5 affixes. This charm will be added to cube. Must have 25 bounty materials of each act to infuse/use passively on character. (Yes can roll ancient or primal)
Ramaladni's Gem - Destroys a socket on your weapon to create a legendary meta socket. This will allow a 4th legendary gem to be used as a socket for your weapon. Item drops 100% after beating greater rift 70 solo.(This would be important as emerald socket is #1, either balance gems accordingly or allow this?)
Ramaladni's Empowerment - Upgrade any legendary gem by 3 levels.
Personally, It would be cool if they just modified Ramaladni's Gift so that would be able to add a socket to jewelry as well. As far as your other ideas, I'm kinda opposed to socketing gloves, boots, shoulders, belts, and bracers. I also don't like the idea of upgrading a legendary into a primal ancient as I think it takes away from the RNG quest to find a primal ancient, as I understand the developers wanted primals to be relatively rare. I'm also not a fan the raining gold, treasure, or empowerment as I don't see too much of a benefit to the community. Gold is abundant, you can get around 5 or so legendaries every few minutes on a grift, or even more on a rift sometimes, and legendary gems levels should be the reward of successful effort.
Your part about the Trinket and Mind had me thinking, as I recently have been playing D2 as well about D2 charms. I would be entirely alright if there was a charm like in D2 that sat in your inventory. If you get it, its blank and doesn't do anything...until you add it to the cube recipe to extract a legendary affix, and instead of being extracted to the cube, its written onto the charm. That could open up more build diversity, and would need to keep the limit of charms to 1 per character. This change, would be game changing to say the least in builds, but I think the community would embrace it.
Your thought about replacing a socket with a meta socket allowing jewelry/helm legendary gems onto a weapon is interesting. There's obviously drawbacks to doing it such as losing 130% crit damage or thorns damage, so its a bit of a balancing act. I think I'd be fine with something like that. I could see a lot of BOTT, BOTP, BOTS, and Goguk's builds running around, that might introduce some power creep, but it ultimately creates more flexibility and requires a judgement call by the player.
Sorry if you took offense to any of this, I was attempting to be critical, yet thinking about ease of coding and game balance. Overall thanks for the ideas, realistically though I'm skeptic regarding the likelihood of any of these changes.

second post i view today with suggestions about the game. jesus fucking christ just change games already, diablo 3 isnt the end of the world, just move on.
I certainly don't understand the anger behind your comment. This game can always be better and its sometimes fun to create post like this. This was a fun thread an idea thread, pure fun was made doing this. Please refrain from posting on suggestions if you can't contain the rage you have for them? Your post was a bit unnecessary and, very messy.

There was no offense taken to any of the feedback and opinions you provided.
1. Always enjoyed the idea of the jeweler back in beta to socket any equipment, which is why I would love that.
2. True about the primal, thing is the requirements would need to be very high and the drop would be VERY rare, we are talking a low 0.000017% kind of chance compared to the gift that is about 1%.
3. The treasure/gold is just something nice, sometimes its a nice reward even if not what you wanted. Extra forgotten souls or even a heap of gold. Just some "cool" things.
4. Legendary gems certainly need to be rewarded for completing the rift, the idea is the fact you will have something extra to help boost it. Also would be considered a very rare drop. I could go without the idea though.
5. Trinkets/Charms have always been a long term thing I have personally wanted to see in D3. I agree completely with your statement and which is why I think if anything this should and could be a real feature in the future. Again it would work like a follower trinket/idol. One per character with random stats.
6. Right now sadly emeralds/thorns socket is the best and I really hope we will get a proper change, was just one idea on how to change it.
Again my friend, I take no offense and of course I don't expect Blizzard knocking at my door to come code this for them haha. I just like to think of ideas and have fun be apart of the community. It's interesting to discuss this as I remember I had a similar idea with the kania cube and then months later an idea become a real thing.
Thank you for stopping by and checking it out.
