I like it when she takes her time and slowly take off part of her clothes. And then as I savor the gracious contours of her delicious figure with my eyes, my hands will leisurely caress her body, stopping at moments to gently pull away the remaining clothes.
I'll spend so much time exploring every little bit, collecting everything, playing with Blacksmith, Mistic and Jeweler, listening to lore, watching cinematics and just staring stunned and openmouthed at the screen that probably I will reach lvl 60 jsut in time for D4
Lol, no way this is doable within 24 hours. The mobs will kick your ass because you will not have time to gear up if you go for the speed. People complain the beginning of the game is easy, and it is, but certain mobs or unlucky situations can still kill you in a second or two. I've been playing games since i was 6 or some shit (22 now) and I do have a clue what I'm doing by now. (and I'm in the beta) Once you start reaching higher difficulties, you HAVE to take it easy or you're dead half the time. Plus, why the fuck would you waste your first impression of a game you've waited 10 years for by skipping everything story related? You're basically serving yourself all the spoilers without getting the story, so it's just miserable. I used to do server first shit in WoW but I would never do it in D3 just because this game is worth so much more, every bite should be savored. It's like an epic pie that takes 10 years to bake, but instead of letting it cool and enjoying every bite, you plan to blend it up and dilute it with water and drink it with a straw. If you are so desperate for e-fame, go play something competitive where you don't have to ruin an experience this good for yourself, it's such a god damn waste.
Out of curiosity, what exactly is it that compels you so much about the concept of being the first to cross the line? I assume it's some simple desire to be the fastest and best, but this doesn't make much sense to me as you don't even know if you are getting an achievement for it. It seems unlikely that you would as they have said nothing about feats of strength like there were in WoW, and Diablo is primarily a co-operative game. The focus is not on competition.
Agreed, D3 isn't like D2 where mobs just have more health, hit more and have some immunties.
Now they get smarter and a lot more powerful, not only the monster as an individual but they can work together to stop a killing streak of even the most skilled player if he/she loses focus for a second.
but seriously dont get me wrong here i will play this game for an unhealthy amount of time every day but hearing ppl taking days off of work and shutting down socially is just sick in my eyes.
but i gues im just like all those ex-smokers out there who turn to be super anti-smokers after they stopped.
man my school days were fucked up
What's the difference between taking a couple days off work to enjoy a new game and taking a couple days off work to go on vacation? Aside from the financial difference of a game being significantly cheaper.

Don't be silly, you're clearly subhuman for enjoying a video game.

The question isn't why do I kill. The question is, why I don't kill everybody.
so i signed up for the annual pass thing which gives me D3 for free so i can pre-download the client in advance and play it the SECOND it comes online. and idk about any of you but i am taking a leave of absence from work and telling my wife to GTFO of my face for a bit while i constantly play D3 and i plan to be one of the very first people to get a character to lvl 60.
i never said i had a burning desire to be first, just speculating on if we got something and considering I'm going to be playing it non stop from the second of release ill have ONE of the first 60's.
if someone can complete normal difficulty in 6 hours, and it takes a bit longer each time, and your supposed to be "60 by the end of hell" regardless of gear, you should be 60 or damn near close to it from an entire day of playing. there has been no comment anywhere saying it will take x amount of hours or days to complete the game.
Quite honestly d3maniac your posted is retarded. It really isn't going to be that easy to beat all 3 difficulties.
Lets take a look at nightmare and hard D2:
If you are not twinked or being rushed how often can you just rush into nightmare and run through it? Its normally doable, just slow.
If you are not twinked or being rushed how likely do you think it is that you can rush through hell with just the gear you found or crafted in a single day?
You don't realize that its easy to rush through nightmare and hell now because everyone has characters with twinky gear, or you can crazy powerlevel due to tailgating bots on chaos sanctuary and baal runs.
FFS, how many people do you even know that could start a character on d2 and beat hell solo within 50 hours?
Since you can in theory kill mobs faster with multiple people, I'm confident that what will happen is a group of four will power through the game, if one person falls, the other people just keep going. No leveling the blacksmith, no crafting, no side quests, no whatever. Get to Hell and then play acts III and IV a couple times to get to 60.
I agree, the FASTEST way is to zerg with group. Sure mobs scale too, but not 4x for 4 ppl group, therefore party will be able to clear faster than solo.
Its simply not going to fucking happen dude. Diablo 3 is a randomized game. You need gear to beat hell, and you won't have adequate gear off drops alone (in 1-2 days).
The reason why people could do naked runs in d2 was the fact that sorceress damage was independent of items. Now spell damage scales against weapon damage. If you don't have a good weapon, you don't have a powerful spell.

I have 2 Realm Firsts in WoW which I no longer play, the only reason I did that was because I hated leveling and wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. Like others have said though and I like the 10 year pie analogy the best, we've waited so long for this game it should be enjoyed. What I plan on doing is having 7 other people over and just LAN Diablo for the first weekend or something, get the maximum out of it with 2 groups going at the same time.

How can you claim they won't have sufficient gear without any knowledge of the game past the first 1/3 of Act 1?
The only thing that we DO know is this...people make sweeping assumptions and label them as facts.
I think it will be possible to do it in a couple of days. Either alone or in a team. The team would have it easier. A team of 8 players would have it easier. One team for the main leveling and going for the level 60. The other team of 4 will be going just to finish Nightmare and they will pull the resources together to level the blacksmith on one character and the mystic on a different one. The blacksmith can create some nice rares with only items from nightmare and the mystic can enchant items to be good. The 4 players from this team will likely be able to make good enough gear for the first team to survive well into Hell and possibly to beat it, since the enchants can add extra umph to gear.
Alone it would likely need to do to some farming or get lucky on crafting and enchants from mystics. Possibly it might be best to focus on the mystic and upgrade a few items that are bought from vendors in nightmare or hell if they sell better gear. The enchants from the mystics might be costly so we do not know if it will be worthwhile.
Doing it in 1 day I do not think it would be possible even in a 24 hour period of straight gaming. Blizzard may have a program to prevent too long of a game session on an account as a means to combat botting. The thing is we do not know how long the acts are and they could be longer than we might think they are.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.

Because Diablo 2 was the same way. How the fuck do they expect to make the game have replay... especially when involving a RMAH when you can find end game drops in a 24 hour span.

It doesn't take a blizzard dev to know this man.
So you think replay value will be the same exact thing for everyone? That's absurd. It'll be different for each person. One person could go for the best items, another could go for the fastest clears, and yet another could opt to max out their vendors/crafting.
It doesn't take a blizzard dev to know D3 is nothing like D2, so basing conclusions on that vein of thinking is silly.
I don't know how the game will have replay value, and that's the point. No one does, and frankly, it'll be different for each person.

Seriously man... i'm not trying to flame you here, but where the fuck are you coming from?
It is a matter of fact that you CANNOT find endgame gear in a day. Why would blizzard waste development making a RMAH if you could simply find the necessary gear to surive in a day. DERP DERP.

if you're ultra lucky you could get some endgame piece in beginning of inferno
it's debatable how fast someone gonna get to inferno. i certainly hope it will take several days. but we'll see
From Diablo 3 Q&Q Panel:
Q: Do you expect fresh lvl 60 char to succeed in inferno? Do you plan on nerfing inferno for casuals?
A: No, you have to farm hell for good items before you can tackle inferno effectively or else u get owned. If you barely beat hell get into nferno, you will get owned. We will NOT nerf inferno for casuals unless hardcore people have issues with the difficulty as well.

Let me try and explain it for the third time...
Following you offtopic again...You are claiming things to be facts when you really have no idea. It's a common theme here, but there's no excuse for it. This single statement from Blizzard that has absolutely nothing to do with what we are talking about shouldn't be taken as canon. Blizzard says a lot of things but history tells us you should take it with a grain of salt.
Now, on to the topic at hand...you'll be level 60 by the time you finish Hell, so I'm not quite sure why you continue bringing up Inferno and the "end game". The last difficulty has absolutely nothing to do with the "race to hit 60" discussion going on here. You seem to be confusing this thread with some other thread talking about the end-game. Derp derp indeed.

Even to get through hell you will need gear. To get the gear, you will need to farm Nightmare. Is this a simple enough statement for you now? Completing the game fast on hell is possible. As fast as you keep implying, is not.
