If Blizzard can make a profit out of it without giving htem exclusive material, let them; so long as they don't remove it from teh mouse and keyboard in the same wave.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

If Diablo Goes full blown 3D it could also be for consoles because an analog stick works better for Third person games in three dimensions. A flat keyboard and a mouse cant do what an analog stick can do for 3 dimensions. If its 2d I wouldnt think twice about keeping the experience only for PC.
A keyboard is perfectly capable of doing what an analog can, but with a lot of extra buttons for hotkeys. I would personally think D3 would be worse if it was 3d than 2d on a handheld.

I didnt mean for the handheld, I was refering to consoles with my last comment. Of course a 3d diablo for handhelds would suck.

But as is said, so long as it doesn't constrain the computer version, let Blizzard do whatever they want.
