i would like baal and mephy to be back as a bonus boss where you can get kick ass items and lvl a lot.
but i have a problem figuring out how diablo survived becuz his ss got destroyed too.
but azmodan and belial need to make an appearance cuz they are still relaxing in hell and i say we need to have a chance to kick their asses.
i also think that we should have a chance to go inside the dungeon in diablo 1 in diablo 3 and it should be storyline related like you need to find something there.
ne1 disagree?

"You are like a rose in a great rose field. Each rose is so beautiful to me. But if one dies... I can still look at many other roses..." God of Darkness.
Yes, I would like to see Baal and Mephisto in Diablo 3. Perhaps not even a boss, perhaps an evil spirit who consults with you, or a boss in a weakened state.

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
they reform in hell after 100 or so years... bring on a many bosses as you can blizz
Where the hell are you getting that BS info from? What would be the point of the quest to destroy the soulstones at the hellforge in D2 if all it did was release the primevils to come back in a more powerful state?
If you listened to the story in D2, smashing the soulstones in the hellforge destroyed the demons who's souls were trapped inside the stones. THAT was teh POINT of going there and doing that in the first place.
The ONLY Prime Evil who hasn't had his stone smashed was Baal. So technically, they could find some way to bring him back, but not the other two.
And yes, you can have a Diablo 3 without having Diablo himself in it. It's a continuation of the story.
If I were just to be honest, I want at least Mephisto in Diablo III. I don't think he had enough time to be developed as a character in Diablo II. Baal... Hrm. I feel like he was the icing of Diablo II through LoD so he should stay were he is

Well... Smashing is a curious term. We know Diablo had his split, and we know Mephisto's was broken in to enough pieces for every Council member (and himself). Also, we don't know for sure what happens at the smashing of a stone yet. As far as I understand it, angels and demons in Diablo don't die, they just go to the Abyss or whatever. The stones just anchored them to the mortal realm or something.
Tyreal himself even says in D2 that smashing the hellstone merely "banish the prime evils from your world 'forever'". Killing them was never on the table.
Personally, I would not like to see Baal and Mephisto in D3.
But the prime evils (Diablo, Mephisto, Baal) have their destinies inter twined.
So, its a possibility that we might see them again, but we might not.
Whatever happens, I am sure it will be twisted and sadistic.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing who they bring back.

Bumping topics that are more than 3 months old is against the freakin' rule.
I don't know what the hell is going on with this forum, but its getting dumb and retarded all of a sudden.
