I am just wondering with which class it would be the easiest to beat GR50. Looks like DH has the most people who beat GR50 (my guesstimate from diabloprogress), but this number could also be biased by the number of players for each class.
I am playing barb right now (was playing M6-DH last season), and seems to me DH would be somewhat easier amongst the two, since you'd be able to kill the RG more easily.
In my personal experience from having all classes, WW Barb is hands down best/easiest.Being able to clear the white mobs fast enough will give you plenty of time on the RG.For most part you will not have to worry about what type of mobs are in the rift like you do will all ranged classes.(winged assassins,corrupted angels, any type that comes flying or charging at you). You can also pretty much ignore all the affixes of elite/champion packs unlike other classes.Jailor,reflect,frozen,thunderstorm,are the most frustrating as ranged but can ignore as barb (any melee really).
I cant even begin to express how frustrating it is to constantly have those type of mobs in each and every rift while being on a ranged class.
My barb has cleared 52,while all my other classes are below 48.Wiz and DH are both 47.
Barbs by far, the hardest part is not exiting game when the gboss spawns. 4-5mins is really boring on a single boss, but the rest of the rift is really fun.
I've played some DH, Barb, and Wizard this season, and I thought delrasha wizard seemed the easiest by quite a bit.
The thing is barb feels pretty RNG in terms of good rift/bad rift, and having special weapons feels pretty much required (either the 1h set or the boulder breaker). The you get to the RG and certain ones are pretty difficult to kill as melee, especially if your gear sucks. I have like 40 hours played on the barb and wasn't even able to clear 50. I never got an ancient bould breaker, I'm sure a good one would have made 50 easy.
For DH I had like 80 hours played before I even beat 50. I did have more than 5 minutes left over, but the run still felt dangerous most of the way though. If i had more act 5 mobs I easily could have lost that 5 extra minutes. Somehow I never managed to get a good ancient nats, balefire, or calamity 1h so I didn't try the nats setup.
For Wizard I had an okay rift, then spent 7 minutes killing Bloodmaw. But the main difference is that there were hardly any times where I felt like I was at too much risk of dieing. The thing with Wizard is you can use pretty much any ancient 1h weapon, or just go craft a devastator or something if you don't want to find a weapon. I only had like 30 hours played on the Wizard when I cleared 50, and that was only with 3-4 ancient items.

6WW+4IK barb easiest. if u find a ancient IK wep u .
i cleared 50 after dropped a good IK wep at first try.

DH. personally i find it easier with UE over Nats.
interesting question. I tried Barb, DH, WD, Wiz.
I think it is either DH or Wiz. you could gear up Wiz Tal/Del pretty easily, and don't need specific ancient weapon.
DH is similar, and with the SS skill, you could deal with almost all elite affix without any problem.
WD is bad, you need DoD, not easy to get, never got one.
I wouldn't agree barb is the easiest, which I mean excluding double unity setup, and skipping elite/champ packs with electrify and fire.
I personally think soloing with double unity is not a legit "build".
