But it seems have bug on it now. The Droper used it, and made a socket but replace an affix.

With this Item, the power of player will greatly increased, and you'll in less dilemma on rings and amulet(I say Ring of Royal Gandeur).

This reminds me of that troll last year that made a few screenies with different leg. beams and even made it to the front page before we found out it was all fake. At least he managed to get the images working which isn't the case here :/

At any rate, it's working now.

That picture looks "possible" to me. Not "write it into canon, it's a keeper", but it's a possibility, especially if I remember the datamined stuff correctly that was attributed to the Asian release. In any case, real or not, doubtful we'll see it.

When opening it with right click menu we see the one posted above, which is the hosting site's default fallback image for broken links. Could be a site limitation on foreign IPs.

Either way I managed to link the cached version from google.

Can you please ignore these idiots and post more info? For instance the whole screenshot if you have it not just the cropped one? Maybe more in different positions so we can make sure it's not fake?!

Please back up your claim.
Post a link with info that this is indeed a new consumable in the Chinese version of the game.
Even if it is, how is that relevant to the vast majority of players on this forum, or hell, even the entire world?
Also: Why would this item just suddenly drop, instead of being tied in with the micro-transaction system in place there?

China has no season. So no one can get the season drop before, from S1-S3.

After yesterday morning, China realm get a patch, and now every one can get the S1-S3 drop.

So I don't know if Blizzard's programmer had do a mistake to release this item ahead.

If it's an intended effect then it could make sense in the sense that you lose one property, randomly, and hopefully you lose a secondary, which does not seem like a good design choice, which means the item is broken or bugs out with some items. Either way, it does seem like players have a hard time juggling with the number of affixes right now, so this may be a good thing to have in the game, at some point at least. Hopefully if it does the rounds, Blizzard will have an official statement on this item.

So I think it's a mistake of the programmer, fix the drop of S3 but open the drop of it ahead.

There isn't any news or announcement about it before.
