I was pretty surprised when I wasn't able to complete this. Just throwing it out there as a heads up.

I just had the same thing happen to me, cleared the entire single zone rift and went back inch by inch to make sure I killed everything. Also used bracers on shrine to spawn elites and still ended at 98%.
