I've dropped a weapon with socket. Can I reforge the socket in other stat, then use ramaladni's gift on it and then reforge back to second socket?
No. Once you've used the gift on a weapon, you won't get a socket when re-rolling the weapon.
There's no way to get 2 sockets on a new weapon. (D3V legacy Manticore had 2 sockets but it's useless now.)
