Ok, I just found a sunkeeper which has basically the same stats as my current offhand the only difference is my current offhand has 32% chd and this mace has +25% damage to elites. How does the math work with that stat, is it like the same as skill damage?
It does what it says. It raises your damage against elites by 25%. If you did 10M in one hit to an elite before, now you do 12.5M (excluding, of course, other differences in stats such as the chd damage).

Ok, and I assume that bonus also applies to crits? So if I crit 10M it would become a crit for 12.5M? Is this also how you would calculate fire skill damage? Or wait, I guess it's a little more advanced than that because you have to take into account critical hit damage and what not I mean if my white hit is 10M and my critical hit damage is 400%, that means the crit hits 500% harder right? Which would be 50M, or with the 25% buff meaning I hit 62.5M while if I kept the 31% chd then itd be 10M x 531% which is only 53M meaning that the 25% bonus to elites is way better? I dunno i'm not very good at math XD

Yep.
