So what's on your RoS collectors edition wish list? Personally, I would love to see it come with a cosmetic pair of Malthael's wings or his hood with some kind of fog/smoke effect on equip.
Seems like we get a pet for wow and 3 portraits for SC and in the Hots CE we got banners for D3 and wings and in D3 collectors we got wings and a banner emblem.
We'll most likely get a Malthael portrait and 2 other portraits related to diablo such as a crusader marauder or something like that. Then obviously a cosmetic like malthaels wings although i doubt this considering Kerrigans are bony wing structures just diff color and more concrete than ethereal. Maybe his sickles so we can transmog his sickles to an item? then obviously a pet possibly Malthael himself.

In-game items:
- Wings
- a transmog plan for the mystic for Malthaels sickles
- Portraits for SC
- Mini Maiden of death? I don't think it will be Malthael because things like those tend to be rewards for attending Blizzcon.
In the Physical box:
- Malthael's journal explaining his whereabouts (although this might reveal spoilers for potential expansions)
- A black soulstone USB (I lost my USB from the D3 Vanilla CE :QQ:)
- A "making of" DVD of RoS

"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
Mini Malthael figurine that will look awesome next to my Diablo skull from the CE, and a cool poster
And for ingame, maybe those dark angel wings, some mini crusader pet in wow
For cosmetic in game perks, personally I think wings are a bit overdone at this point. We'll probably get them anyway but I already have Angel Wings and Blade Wings.
Personally, I'd like to see 'real' Collector armor dyes. The ones we got in the original game's CE were my first disappointment with the game. Basically unlimited charges of 'off-white' and 'off-black' dye was a huge let down, at least for me it was.
They could be anything from a really awesome looking exclusive color to maybe a particle effect added to certain pieces of gear when dyed. It's just I felt so cheated when I saw what the original CE dyes were and I'd like to get this time around what I believe we should have got originally.
Beyond that, I think heirloom style legendary pieces would be a decent addition. IE: You start a new character and they'd start with 2 or 3 BoA legendary items whose stats scale with level that perhaps caps out at 60. I'm thinking maybe weapon and armor. Similar to the hellfire ring in the sense that it'd probably be centered along helping your character level but unlike the HF ring, it wouldn't start with god stats from level 1 but would just scale alongside you as you level. So, decent stats and maybe +% xp gain that would cap out at 60.
Normally I'm against giving away any kind of ingame advantage as a perk for a CE, but so long as it's mainly only useful for alts and doesn't exactly remain viable for max level characters, I think that may be fine.

In game:
Cosmetic stuff for transmog or an exclusive item. Doesn't have to be BiS, something like the HFR that has no requirements would be cool.
Malthael's portrait on SC2.
mini-Malthael pet on WoW? Wait, what?
Im pretty sure a mini-Mathael pet in WoW would actually make me pay the $15 for a month sub, just so I can see him.
I misquoted that I think...
