I'm not sure if this was datamined or not, but it's an extremely important detail.
the ring rolls 170-200 prime stats.
and all other legendaries that can roll 170-200 of a prime stat by default, are ilvl 63.
if this is true, hellfire ring would have the potential to roll the best stats for a ring by far.
most rings are i62 right now.
meaning they can only get 4.5% crit chance, 34% crit damage, etc.
whereas an i63 ring would be able to get 6% crit chance and 50% crit damage and etc.
