Has anyone been using Cain's Fate set to level up(paragon levels)? They're pretty crappy, so I assume you're either lvling up on Act 2 if you have average gear, or on Act 3 (if you have godly gear) but much slower.
I bought a set for myself because they're dirty cheap, and I tried and can do Act 2 pretty easily (with a Ruby on the helm), but I was wondering if it is really worth it (as far as leveling goes, I know farming is better on Act 3).
As you can see here I'm still using Cain's Laurel on my monk even as lvl 42. Will change it to Aughild's Brow when I get to lvl 44 (maybe a bit later because my barb still uses it). I use those 2 helms with every class I level up, I've done that since D3 launch. I've never bought any other pieces of either set because they weren't as great as the helms. Not sure if they've improved since patch 1.0.4.
Sorry I forgot to make clear that I meant "paragon" leveling up I'll edit the post to reflect that.
I used Cain's and Aughilds as well as I leveled up my characters (got all 5 on lvl 60 now).
What I wanted to know is if in broad terms Act 2 mobs gives roughly 70-80% of the experience from Act 3 mobs, because if they do, then the extra (30 + 24 =) 55% increase in experience gain makes it worth lvling up paragon in lower levels.
