The only game I have ever played, every change was indicated to the player in writing. Why is Blizzard making changes without letting us know about them beforehand? Why keep it a secret when we will encounter them anyways? Certainly not to give us a pleasant surprise...because most of the changes are rather unpleasant.
An example of this might be the game creation timer in which they responded:
Any reason why blizz felt the need to exclude this "feature" in the patch notes? It was an independent change made outside of patch 1.0.2c.
It's possible that they do list these changes, and I'm just not aware of where to find it. If this is the case, where can I find all the changes listed?

Playing a Wizard. Looking for Demon Hunters to play with.
They hotfix in things, particularly when it's to fix something and/or stop behavior that is affecting other people's play, like the game creation thing. Spamming new games causes server strain for other people, and Blizzard hotfixed in something to try to slow it. They didn't get it quite right, removed it, but it will be back, I'm sure.
It's a business. If a small part of the playerbase's fun is impacting a larger segment's fun in a bad way, they'll usually do something about it, and not tell you beforehand. If you're part of the people doing the stuff they want stopped, then you'll have to quit or do something different. Just the way it is. Like it or not.
Right, though there are times when they don't even mention anything, even after the change.
You have to remember that the people who report the changes are not the same people who *make* the changes, and sometimes the people who report them don't get the message, or it never gets sent. It happens. Even Trion one of the best companies out there about patching and communicating, misses some, and they don't have nearly as much on their plate as Blizzard.
I know this is all new and maddening to those of you who didn't play WoW. I'm pretty much done with WoW, because it's been seven years, not because 'they ruined it' or anything. In those seven years, I saw all this stuff with patches and hotfixes, and I'm just used to it. And before one of you says it, I know this isn't WoW, but, the client-server always-online model makes this part work about the same.
Fact is, you can accept it, be patient, and enjoy playing the game, or you can rage at every change, and be pissed off all the time. Your choice. It's always a tradeoff between a company that hotfixes often and patches fairly quickly, and a company that sells a game, patches it once in the first year, and never touches it again. Unlike WoW, this isn't a subscription, so you already paid your money. You can either play, or not play, your choice. You may not like the way I stated that choice, but, that's the real world. Welcome to it.
