Will players be able to set there own level restrictions?
I noticed on the quests that blizzard already had (open beta)
My first game I played I opened it to public and first person that joined was a lvl 9 and he just ran ahead and killed everything really fast so i left as it was my first time
I believe the first quest was 1-9 which is a big gap in my opinion for very first quest
So i was just wondering if players can set there own level restrictions.
There's a bug currently where people selecting the Reign of the Black King quest when trying to join public games (which ranges from lvls 9-13) will be placed in a fresh game (with the Fallen Star quest and some lvl 1-4 heroes).
That should be fixed for launch, and you shouldn't see people extremely overleveled (or overgeared) in your "lower level quests". I assume that's what you're asking.
On private games, I think there's no level restrictions, so if you wanna help your lvl 5 friend with your lvl 60 Inferno-geared character, you still can. It's just there for public games probably to make sure there's no griefing (like a guy joining your low lvl game, killing everything, and leaving).

Again, I only played open beta weekend
