Recently, I am learning to record video. So I am doing this wishlist video project. English is not my first language, so be kind to me. I want to improve my English by doing so. Criticism is welcome as long as it is constructive.
I have also included the link to a pdf version of the items change suggestions. This is also the most updated version. I have fixed some typo and added a few items.
I've read the PDF and everything seems awesome, really good improvement to the game if that became a reality, the only thing i'm against is the new cube recipe, it would make stone of jordan mandatory with probably CoE attached to it, which would end up hurting diversity, for LoN builds specially.
A new cube recipe that would be welcome imo would be something like:
Cost: 1000 Forgotten Souls - 100 Death's Breath - 10 Ramaladnis (we really need something to spend ramaladnis on after we get our perfect weapon)
Adds a legendary gem socket to a belt.

Barbs just need morticks bracers. it's not even OP anymore compared to the shit they have for the wiz and necro. Heck the WD has a build that makes zero logical sense in terms of mechanics.
Thank you for putting this together in such a detailed spread, the layout is great. Your suggestion for the Homing Pads in particular is one that rings with me, I would very much like to see that in game at some point.

barbs need something even more OP than mortick's bracers to keep up
The reroll icon on an item will dissapear, means you can reroll an item infinite amount of times, with all the stats that you want. (Think of Primals here that drop badly, they would be simply trash)

You are right. It may be bad to have soj fix like this.

why not adding cube recipe like with 20 ramaladnis and 1000 forgotten soul( now with cube you can add an additional socket for your PRIMAL items only.
only once per weapon. its buff all classes and makes PRIMALS more usefull and satisfying EndGame.
They should give us mortick's bracers for free
