Good topic... I honestly can't say which I truly believe will be chosen least... I myself am least drawn to the Wizard, but I kinda wanna try them all.
This is a tough one. I hear a lot of people really liking the Wizard (it's not my favourite class), and the Barb. And a lot of people think the Demon Hunter is kick ass as well. It's really hard to say... Maybe there should be a poll made for what class people have the least amount of interest in, that might give us a bit of an idea.
I'm not really sure which class will be the least played but I'm guessing it will be the barbarian or monk. The wizard is the only magic class. The witch doctor is the only summoning class. The demon hunter is the only bow/crossbow class. The barbarian & monk are both melee classes so I'm guessing one of the two melee classes.
I played all the class through to the beta level cap since getting in to the beta, and I'm throwing my vote to Monk. It could be my personal play style, but I did not enjoy playing it.
lol so surprised to see WD has the most considering how many people i know are choosing him first because he's literally the D2 necro with more powerful summons AND the ability to use high powered spells, if the necro could use high dmg bone spells + have stronger minions he would of been 100x more popular, which is what the WD is.
i believe the DH will be because the amazon was one of the most unused class in D2 (for PVE), first being druid, lolz.
the monk has high votes too which is weird considering he's awesome and similar to the paladin in D2 which was literally the number 2 most played. (hammerdin :P)

I think the DH is more like the assassin than the zon.

has traps but uses bows just like the zon, kind of a hybrid of amazon-assassin but MUCH more amazon, like 80% amazon, 20% sin, because he only has a few trap spells then the rest are all amazon like abilities with bows.

i see alot of people angry over the monk, literally mad at the fact that hes even in the game. if your one of these people, please explain why you feel this way. personally i think he's awesome.

according to the amount of topics and replies on this website over the many months of being up, the DH is by far the least liked, just like i said. and the WD is 4th. but i still love him :P.
and monk is 3rd, so suck it monk haters!

Well... It's hard to say because they all look good to me!
I've been leaning towards WD for my first character but idk
The more I read and more I play the harder the decision lol.

Actually the entire Discipline skill set is assassin-esque and that puts the bow powers under half of the abilities at the DH's disposal.
wrong. marked for death? not really either, but more amazon, preparation? more amazon, vault? neither. companion? amazon. smoke screen, neither again. it seems more "assassin" type but the sin didnt have anything like this in D2. shadow power? neither. only sentry and caltrops are assassin type for sure. so thats only two. then spike trap, 3. fan of knives 4, grenade, 5, impale 6. chakram, 7. and then the rest are far more amazon like being bow and shooting type skills which the sin didnt have. MAYBE a couple more you could argue, but the zon is definitely more. even if by a little.
so its more like:
assassin: 7
amazon: 16
sin: ~30%
zon: ~70%

Discipline skills are FAR more Assassin like than amazon like. The only skills you can truly attribute to Zon like are the ones that deal with the arrows. The rest are sin like.
but for the sake of things, let's agree to disagree

Do you guys think we'll be seeing a ton of one class being played? Or will it be evenly distributed?
Which of these classes will be used the least?
In order of most popular to least popular:
Wizard > Barbarian > Demon Hunter > Monk > Witch Doctor
But that's just my opinion.
