1) How much RAM is the beta client taking while playing in W7?
2) Do different resolutions at the same aspect ratio show different amount of the world? (Can you see farther playing on 1920x1080 than you can at 1280x720)?
3) How many cpu cores is D3 currently using? Is it possible to adjust the processAffinityMask?
3) If it's like SC2 then it will use multiple cores, however you probably won't see much benefit beyond 2 as Diablo 3 isn't a CPU intesive game (as SC2 is)

4) How does the game respond to Xfire/SLI?
1) 1.0 - 1.5 gb
2) no, only aspect ratio effects vision. 16:9 being ideal.
3) I'm sure you can get it firing on all 4 cores if you want. Just may require some tweaking - i'm not well versed in this though D:
4) Haven't tested :*(

1) Sadly I'm not in the beta so I can't say
2) I doubt Blizzard would make it this way, but again I'm not in the beta. Here is a blue post I found you might find interesting.
