While Blizzard may not know the answer to these questions, they are the ones I really want to have answered:
In general, how often are runestones going to drop: often, semi-often, rare, or extremely rare? This is probably the most important question I would have for the Blizzcon panel. Whether the team's philosophy is to have them drop commonly or extremely rare I think are both good options - I'd like to see Blue's stance.
What the heck is going on with these "Unattuned runestones" or rather, is there any update on the status of them?
How can we get rank 5, 6, and 7 runestones now that the data on the community site has changed?
Jay Wilsom once said he wanted to most runes to be tested in normal difficulty. Based on that i think runes drops will common. For some reason i think it will be as common as page of training (about 2~3 in each run).

1. Jay Wilson said that level 1 runes will drop "like candies". Can't tell how often will level 4 drop. It should be not-so rare.
2. Please anwser
3. Crafted by mystic. Materials obtained from salvaging lower-level runes.
Lets hope #3 allows you to craft a rune of the color you want....otherwise its gonna hardcore suck.

One is never hurt by being given additional choices, only by taking them away. A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!

they have already answered your 3rd question recently, runestone levels 5 6 and 7 will all be dropping in inferno-only.
Blizz quote:
"Ranks 5, 6 and 7 could still drop, but they would be inferno-only, and there's still a potential for some ranks to be crafted-only"
When was that added. Since the latest one I saw there was only item discussion.
[edit]
re-read it it is skills passive and runes. I still do not think they will talk about the runes except that they are still working on it. I think they will focus more on the recent changes to skills since that discussion is only about 1 hour.
There is a q&a and an item section but again I do not think they will add too much on the runes since I think they do not have a final version yet, based on recent comments from Bash
I do not think runes will be discussed at Blizzcon except that they are still working on it.
There's an entire discussion panel for it.
My eyes must be failing me (and I'm still young!) as I've searched the BlizzCon schedule and can't seem to find the discussion panel for runes. The only thing that I saw was "Diablo III: Skill, Passive, and Rune Systems" and that is a "Live Chat Forums" thing; which (correct me if I'm wrong) doesn't involve any Blizzard employees.
When was that added. Since the latest one I saw there was only item discussion.

I doubt they'd have anything finalized, so they probably wont say, "This is the rune system and exactly how it works".
However, I also doubt they'd dedicate an entire panel for runes and skills if all they're going to say is, "We don't know yet."
They are probably going to update us on their progress, their current ideas and in which way they are planning on taking the system. I think that panel is going to be the most interesting one at Blizzcon for me, and the one I'm looking forward to the most (hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised). I really think they will have a lot to say and inform us about, or they probably wouldn't have bothered with the panel, or probably just named it 'Diablo III: Skill and Passive Systems'.
