[This is going to be a little long, but the tl;dr of it is "Which classes are best for which conquests?", and also looking for opinions between WD and DH (or another class) for a fast stash tab.]
When it comes to getting the stash tab or Guardian, the main hurdles are always the conquests. So I'm posting to ask for advice on which class or classes would be best for each of the season 7 conquests from the perspective of someone who just wants to quickly grab the stash tab or complete the season journey and then go back to nonseasonal or something else.
Sprinter: Complete Acts 1 through 5 at max level in under one hour
Avarice: Complete a 50,000,000 gold streak while outside of The Vault and The Inner Sanctum
On A Good Day: Level three Legendary Gems to level 65
Divinity: Reach Greater Rift Level 75 Solo.
The Thrill: Reach Greater Rift Level 45 Solo without any Set items equipped.
So, to start with, I consider "On a Good Day" to be the freebie conquest, since any class can reach GR 65 without much trouble. That leaves one more conquest for the stash tab and two more for Guardian. I'm removing Sprinter from consideration, since that takes a coordinated, focused group, and I tend to play solo or with randoms. So that brings us to the other three.
For starting class, I'm probably going to go for either DH or WD--leaning toward WD--for their awesome season 7 gift sets (UE and Helltooth), but I could be persuaded to roll another class if you guys think there is another one better suited to the remaining conquests, so let's not restrict discussion to just those classes.
The Thrill -- I didn't do this in season 5, but I heard that crusaders with +thorns gear seemed to have the easiest time of it. I might actually roll a crusader as an alt if I have to just for this conquest. What do you guys think will be the best class for this one in general, and also between WD and DH? I want to keep this one as an option because it might be easier than hitting GR 75.
Divinity -- This one intimidates me still, a little. The highest I've ever gone was GR 74, just barely, with a WD in season 6, though I didn't use Caldesann's Despair to augment anything. Since I know I'll have to do a little augmenting for the journey this time, that will help some. I'm also curious to see if the Ring of Emptiness buff and the new Helltooth Gargs/RoE build might make GR climbing easier than last season. I'm sure with enough grinding, paragons, gear, and augments anyone can hit GR 75, but I'm looking for advice on which classes can do it the quickest and most easily since my play time might be limited this season.
Avarice -- I did this with a UE DH in season 5 in the Ruins of Corvus. I'm not sure how gold changes and Torment level changes will affect this one though. Also, I guess a WD could do it about as easily. Still, I remember this one being a little random to get with a lot of room for error. Any thoughts on this one?
I did the thrill on my wd last season it was up, and it's pretty much free. Even without helltooth's damage bonus, short mans finger + mask of jeram + tasker n theo will melt gr45 like it's a joke. Throw in the new ring of emptiness and it's even stronger this patch, so there you go.
I've only ever done avarice on a dh, it was easy af but that just made it more painful that I failed about 3 times, I'll be boycotting that one this season since the thrill is gonna be easier and the gem and gr75 ones I'll just get naturally
I'd recommend wd personally, on a good day will take about the same amount of time for either class and the thrill and avarice are both equally free, but wd is the meta dps this patch and a top tier solo pusher, so if you decide you wanna grab the last portrait frame after your stash tab you'll have a better time of it
if you prefer dh tho then go dh, it's really close enough that you can afford to pick the one you like best without sacrificing more than an hour or so

I tried Avarice on PTR in RoC, and would say little chance. The gold nerf hurts too much, you'd need a AoE build (like my Monk WoL) PLUS a lot of gold find and high Torment (==high GR). I took Avarice off my list of 'possibles'.... BTW, my Monk completed the 350 kill cursed chest the first time I ever even saw that A5 CC quest, so plenty of AoE.
Divinity seemed possible with enough Paragons, I was trying that new RoE+HT build on a first time WD and it seemed within reach...but then the PTR closed down. Lots of gr75+ leaders are missing Caldesanns (one lvl 50 Caldesanns is the same as 50 paragons into main stat) and there is some theory posted elsewhere that 2 waves of Caldesanns, separated by 20+ lvls, is a good plan --> putting in lvl 50 Caldesanns seems OK.
The Thrill, self-leveling on the PTR I was running T3 rifts in lvl20s and T4 in lvl30s. The massive leg drop rate powered that, since a weapon with reduced lvl reqs dropped. I wasn't playing main line skills, and thought that this one would be fun, setup a separate toon for it. I have more problems with the Set Dumbgeon and am planning on completing nearly everything for stash tab, switching to the easiest set to complete a Dungeon, and if I don't Master it, switching to a Thrill toon as it's a lot more fun than the Dumbgeons.

Welp, RIP Helltooth/RoE build. Blizzard just put in a last-second hotfix to nerf the ring so that it no only buffs pet damage. Do you think WD is still a good pick for the conquests this season? I guess I can still do "Thrill" and "On A Good Day".
Not gonna lie though -- Blizz coming in and killing off this new build just before Season 7 goes live, yet letting broken Firebird and the Twister meta go on for two seasons sort of ruins much of my desire to keep playing the game. Why not just let the WDs have their fun for a season and nerf it afterwards like they did for the Firebird Archon build?

Completing the season journey objectives was a joke for HT gargs for the past two seasons. Since the ROE nerf puts us right back to the same old build they'll still be just as easy.

You're probably right, and I doubt this nerf really affects WD viability for The Thrill. It might mean just a little more work to hit GR 75, but, as you said, it won't be any more difficult than in season 6.
That said, it's looking like Monks will be strong this season. I kinda hate their set dungeons, so it might not be the first class I roll, but are there any opinions on Monks this season, especially with regards to The Thrill?
(Also, Rainment might actually be the top DPS build now from what I can tell, but the last time I played it, it was so squishy I dropped it immediately for an Inna gen build that could handle T10 and above without exploding upon making eye contact with an enemy.)
The Thrill is easy with garg ring and like Jeram and an ancient weapon.
From memory Raiment set dungeon was super easy (you only need to do one right?) Inna's and Monkey were kinda irritating, Uliana's much harder. AFAIK Raiment is less squishy than before thanks to cyclone shoulders but still pretty squishy. They look like they do a ton of damage.
