Has the Journey/conquests list been released completely yet? Truthfully just interested in what's needed to get the stash tab?

It's basically the same (but of course the conquests are different - much easier). "Most difficult" thing will be 3 gems to 55 (just because it's time-consuming) and GR60 solo.
Complete a Nephalem Rift at max level on Torment 10 within 2 minutes
maybe this as well in a party.
In a party, the easiest conquest by far is killing all bosses in 20 minutes. Have 2-3 runners set up the bosses and one guy just kill them (e.g., a WD can do that in random gear just fine). Only the one killing the bosses gets the conquest, so you have to switch runners/boss killers a few times. Solo that one might require gear switching, a bit better gear, and a bit of luck for the bosses that are hard to find.
According to what we saw on PTR, another really easy conquest is also is 350 kills on a TX Cursed Chest. I saw lots of badly geared paragon 200-300 DHs who finished that on PTR... it's just about finding a good Cursed Chest for that (the one on top of a hill in Bloodmarsh in act 5 is supposed to be really good for that). That's definitely the #1 easiest solo Cursed Chest.
3 gems to 65 is easy, but it's a grind. Requires at least 49 rifts (empowered, 65 otherwise), and you can definitely finish some of the other conquests before having done 50 GRs; especially in a group.
TX in under 2 minutes is less about gear than people think... you just need to really stop picking up anything and go for it if you get the right map (e.g., Desolate Sands or Weeping Hollow). Also, having a dedicated porter who goes to town early helps, as you otherwise lose 10-15 seconds by teleporting, loading screen, walking to Orek. Pylons help but aren't required. But definitely not a conquest I'd recommend as one of the first if you're a solo player.
Solo GR75 is the hardest, once you can do that your gear is definitely good enough to do all the others. So my ranking:
Group: All bosses in 20 mins > Cursed Chest > TX in 2m > 3 gems to 65 > GR75 solo
Solo: Cursed Chest > 3 gems to 65 > TX in 2m > All bosses in 20m > GR75 solo
solo 75 is... scary for casual hardcore players like me... Hell, even gems to 65 is, since you have to go at least 64, and that's... potentially-deadly.

I did solo 75 last season, with a dmo wizard and I played pretty casually through the season. A whole lot solo. I could see it being rough in hardcore just to get to that point gear and gem wise but if your in a clan having them powerlevel you a softcore to try it on shouldn't be much of an issue. If last season is any indicator some folks will be paragon 600+ by the end of the first week if not within the first few days.

You can get a level 65 gem off much lower than a 64... Thats just to keep the 60% chance. Its 30(63) > 15(62) > 8(61) > 4(60) > 2(59) > 1(49-58)
Obviously you don't want to do that whole 1% thing unless you were like out of time and couldn't do higher.

Not sure if that's easiest. It's hard to persuade a random group of people to actually be runners/sitters and such. But with clanmates can be good i think.
