However overall the left one is the best of 2 evils.

Thanks! I didn't even think about keeping the int and just upping the chd. I was aware of the additive bonus within each multiplicative section and since I already have +fire I wasn't so sure the one on the right would have been better.
Just for a random 6tal/4fb build that already has sources of fire damage. What's better?
22 crit dmg + 737 int
-vs-
20% fire damage
