Those blood splatters are most noticable at 4:45 in the gameplay trailer when the Barbarian engages the Wraith spawns from the boobytrapped chest. You can see red splatter across his back and his chest.
What about if when the armors durability gets too certain points would it look worn / heavily used in battle? or if the armor or weapon broke instead of it disappearing you would have it like broken in half or some pieces of the armor still holding on. Not saying they should implement this it was just a thought!

That'd be pretty sweet. If a weapon breaks you're left holding a handle.
It would probably take a while to implement though for all armors and weapons.
That'd be cool. But that may be a bit unfair for melee classes who are more dependent on weapons than casters. So maybe not exactly end up with a handle lol, but possibly just acquire wear and tear as it begins breaking.

Well I mean if it breaks it LOOKS on your character like just a handle until you get it repaired.

They both have a different set of scars. Do you think its just an updated barbarian skin texture or is this dynamic blood and scaring on characters.
I guess this was just posted as i was posting it.
Amazes me that after that video was released people are still finding new and exciting things.
Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals... except the weasel.

That'd be cool, some like soot or char marks.

Yeah would probably take forever to implement this into d3, but still sounds cool
