Would you pay a monthly fee to Blizzard just to be able to play the game you bought from them?

What is normal? Normal is a concept that everyone or a majority of people are the same or similar. However, we know that everyone is unique. If everyone is unique, then everyone is different. If everyone is different, then everyone is weird. If everyone is weird, then everyone is normal.
Are you serious? .... I fucking hate my connection. I posted 2 threads this morning but they didn't even appear on the thread. Sorry!
Oh well, just answer the damn question lol.

depends on how it works. if its like wow. were you have to pay 15 or however dollars a month then no. that just sounds like your paying for 1 game every month. if its like 50 dollars a year. then maybe. it all depends on the mullah. $$$.
Games these days take a massive amount of bandwidth, to me it's not unacceptable for there to be a fee. And games without pay to play have a tendency to degenerate into exploit filled unstable atrocities.
Consistent patches, at least 98% up time, anti-hack/anti-exploit teams, all worth it.
The amount of people required to keep all aspects of WoW running as well as it does and the quality of game play it has, the absolutely insane bandwidth usage, I don't know how someone can't see how a monthly fee is justified.
Not that companies like Blizzard don't make a killing off of monthly fees, but a good portion of it isn't pocketed.
I'm sorry if this is incredibly off topic, but I just realized that Obama in teh picture looks likea groundhog or something. Not that I have anything whatsoever against him, lol.
And I already posted this, but I wouldn't mind paying if it were like 100 bucks for life, like on LotR online, or even the 50 bucks a year (you can easily get this much from Christmas or a birthday or something), but never, ever the insane 15 bucks a month.
It really depends on how it's set up and what the cost would be.
Aibo said it best, really. If it's a quality game with consistent patches/fixes, a good amount of up-time, and decent customer service, then I can justify paying $15 per month to play.
On the other hand, if Diablo 3 were to be much the same as Diablo 2 is right now (current battle.net, full of dupes and hacks, etc), I wouldn't pay for it. Not a snowball's chance.
It does depend on how much money it costs to an extent, though. If it were $5 a month, or $60 a year, I wouldn't have a problem with it. But if it was something crazy like $15 a month or $180 a year, I would say "FUCK THAT!!"
Honestly, if they really want to rake in even more money than they are, they should just charge $69.99 for the game, instead of the usual $49.99. I could handle that as long as there was no p2p.

Alot of console developers put it at 70 doller initial pricing. However people like me usually wait untill it's a reasonable price like 30 or 40 dollers.
Personally I would rather have a Diablo 2 style world and have it free then have to pay for it and get a few more extra features. But then again I like free stuff. Lol.
Let's see. The only reason Blizzard would put a p2p tag on Diablo 3 was if it offered the same server service as WoW does. Which means, that if it appears on B.net like Starcraft 2, it won't be p2p, but if it goes along an approach more towards WoW, then it will be p2p.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

I need to gte my hell ancients done...
I personally think that both options should be allowed if you want p2p. But that's just me.
