Well asumeing at the GC Diablo 3 might be announced then the Blizzcon dudes get their beta keys... it'd be for Diablo 3. But we aren't 100% sure on the Diablo 3 announcement... but that's my hunch, and it's my hope.

At the germany GC, Starcraft and WoW are playable. So no it is not a beta key for them.
Whats left?? oh yeah maybe the game they are working on at this minute,HMMM what game does everyone want? yeah DIABLO!
It cant be starcraft 2 beta cause they are still wokring on it still too much and it cant be wrath of the lich king cause they just started that. They would need the beta key to be for a game they had in development for sometime and to finally show itself. Which the only other game we know in development is DIABLO 3. BUT!!! it could also be a starcraft 2 beta cause they have been working on that game for months and they would of come up with a beta atleast by now.

makes no sense to me. Beta is the last playable version before "Gold" version which is the one thats released. I'd say StarCraft II if people that were in Blizzcon hadnt said its for WoTLK. Both are at about the same status. Diablo 3 or other unannounced projects have no chance to be on a beta stage so far. Blizzard is still hiring for the Diablo team and it cant be too close to complete.
I fail to understand why the hell Diablo 3 has 6 votes, come on guys that's not possible, we are lucky if we get an announcement this year.
Starcraft 2 is the most plausible one, however the site that you make your register is World of Warcraft, that mess with my call a little bit.
Hmm..
I've been thinking about this and for me it seems there is only one logical explanation keeping this under cover if the key is for wow or sc (in other words: unless it's for a yet unannounced project).
they basically plan the key for one of them, and whichever is ready for beta testing sooner, it will be it. Though im not sure how this key thing works. They DO generate a key for a certain game, and not a key that could be used for an other game later, don't they?
in addition, testing starcraft (or any rts) takes more than just some 'random' guys.
sc2 testers will likely be selected from top sc-players.
Currently all signs lead to wow, because the key registration page is on the wow site, but this just doesn't make sense to keep it in secret.
There's some chance for a yet unannounced game I think.
Good points, but if you have a loaded gun and an empty one and you need to shot something quickly, why would you take the empty one and reload it, instead of using the loaded one ?
There's no reason for the unnuanced project to get the beta key is unfair and just odd.
I have voted for Starcraft II. I think that it will be Starcraft II because it's already "beta" and that means it's almost ready. So why would Blizzard give a beta-key for Starcraft II when they are about to release it (future, I don't mean now). They wouldn't have time to actually fix the problems the beta-testers are having.
I also think that it could be WoW:WotLK for two reasons. The beta-key thing is on the WoW website, and WoW is an MMO. WoW being an MMO increases chances for it to be the beta-key thing. MMO's always have beta testing in the early stages of development. However, I think my reasons for it to be Starcraft to be stronger and more reasonable.
I think that in no way can it be Diablo III, if they even announce it. If it exists, it is in very early development, and nowhere near beta testing, if it exists.
Hmm, i voted for Diablo 3, because thats what i really want, but to be honest, id say its probably for WoW: WotLK... But that doesnt mean they wont announce diablo 3 in Leipzig.
Why you guys keep saying WoW, starcraft 2 has been out longer than Wrath of Lich King and starcraft 2 was playable at Blizzcon so wouldnt they want a beta-key for starcraft 2
The newest developments in StarCraft II and Wrath of the Lich King can be experienced hands-on at the Games Convention, commencing 23 August for the general public, in Leipzig. Attendees will be able to adventure in Northrend and venture into Utgarde Keep and for StarCraft fans, the Terran and Protoss will be available for play in single-player and multiplayer battles. Developers will be on hand to give live demonstrations and presentations of these latest Blizzard games. An opportunity not to be missed, all this and more will be available at the Blizzard booth at the Games Convention.
If this is true and both games will be playable at Leizig, does this give Diablo a better chance at the beta-key?

huh??? a bit contradicting??
Well anyway I hope it will be a Diablo 3 beta just because that means that Diablo 3 is coming, but I think it will actually be Starcraft beta.

When do they activate the keys or whatever?
